I initially bought them for as more fashion statement in the gym but I’ve found myself wearing them everyday for running and my feet couldn’t thank me more for it! I purchased the same pair for my mum for Mother’s Day and she also loves them.

This is my third or fourth pair of Asics trainers and they don’t disappoint. They are very comfy and have a great ankle support. I wore my son’s (other branded) trainers whilst waiting for these and it felt like I was running in slippers! There was no support at all!! I highly recommend these trainers A***

Bought these as just getting back into running again after a significant injury. I have high arches and generally a wider foot and the there is no rubbing or pinching in the toe area. The cushioning is great. I’m a 6.5 and these are perfect size wise. These are my first pair of ASICS and would definitely get them again
An awesome cushioning shoe, without painful annoying seams on the inside. They are seriously like wearing two goose down pillows gently bound to your feet. I did not notice at ordering that they are seam free, but I will always try in the future to buy this same style of shoe. Thank you for the superior comfort. I bought one size bigger than normal for my orthopedic insoles. They fit in perfectly! I would highly recommend this shoe.

Searching for size 9 trainers has always been a nightmare but Asics has become my go-to (especially online if the store only has 8s). Been suffering with plantar fasciitis related pain for months and whilst these haven’t healed it completely, they’ve made walking around a lot more comfortable. Can’t speak for how they perform while running but would recommend them for daily out and about usage! Very lightweight, comfortable and feel high quality - very happy :)
This is my third pair of ASICS trainers and, although I've only worn them once, they appear to be as good as the last two pairs. My last pair were GEL-KAYANO and I loved them - so comfortable and great for running and the gym. I couldn't get the same ones this time, so decided to try the EXCITE 8 based on the reviews and information. I can't imagine they will be a disappointment, but if they are, I will amend my review once I've been out in them a few more times. I really enjoy ASICS trainers, would definitely recommend and will buy more when these wear out.
I’ve always rated ASICS and needed some new trainers for training for a half marathon after a couple years away. These are super comfy and supportive whilst running. I had a knee injury from my last half marathon and it normally is aggregated during a run wearing another brand trainers but I didn’t have any issues whilst wearing these shoes. I did size up to 4.5 rather than 4 as recommended by other reviewers which was a blessing as I don’t think a 4 would’ve fit.
I've had several pairs of Asics and I find them comfortable. I'm not a runner, so I mostly wear them as an every day trainer, but I do a lot of walking. I usually wear a hole in the footbed within a year. I wish you could easily remove the insert to put in a new one, but they're glued down very well! One thing with this model is that the laces were quite short - I had to skip one set of holes when lacing so I could double knot. Otherwise, I'm generally happy with these!
