It's good if it works. I never gamed on it, and I didn't abuse it. I use it lightly and it died today. UPDATE 11/23/2020 (few weeks after leaving my 2 star review): The RMA process went okay. I received a replacement unit which might be a refurbished unit, however, I am not experiencing any issues so far. The RMA process took only a few days after they received my dead GTX 1650. I did have to pay the price of shipping from FL to Indiana and extra for a box made for fragile items (I used UPS), however, it was either that or throw out the entire unit. Luckily I didn't get any issues from the ASUS repair center from the location. Keeping my fingers crossed that it lasts at least a few more years. UPDATE 11/24/2020 (IT DIED AGAIN TODAY. WOOOOW. Best card for the $ to enjoy while the world figures out the next platform or if gpu's are even going to be obsolete sooner than '25. A reasonable compromise to a 1660 Ti which is almost max for budget pc's and budget mb's can handle power wise. Biggest bang for the buck the Asus 1650 OC is really hard to beat.

I bought this to replace my 3GB GTX 1050 because I wanted the best 75W no-connector card available for Flight Simulator and eventually Cyberpunk. As expected, in benchmarks about 50% better than my 1050, and seems to maintain slightly cooler temperatures. For my purposes, it's as good as I hoped, with much more stable framerates in Outer Worlds at high settings, rock-solid FPS in Overwatch, and even Flight Simulator playable at 25 FPS or so at high settings. (All games at 1680x1050.) A note about the build quality: I've never had an ASUS card before but it seems very well-made so far. It looks fantastic, and the shroud is actually a bit thinner than two slots (even though the bracket is two), making a very comfortable fit in my machine even though there's a sound ... MoreI bought this to replace my 3GB GTX 1050 because I wanted the best 75W no-connector card available for Flight Simulator and eventually Cyberpunk. Good performance at a low price
29 October 2020

I didn't need a super card for the few games I play but my onboard video was just not very good at all. It reminded me of video performance from 25 years ago. Plus the shared memory and use of CPU slowed all performance noticeably. This was perfect for my needs. Also is very good on color and 2D performance. It benched surprisingly well with Passmark. One con - It takes up two slots so it will likely make one PCI slot unusable. This is a common problem.Be sure to get this model as a similar model uses the same chipset, almost same model name but uses GDDR5 VRAM which yields much less bandwidth than this card which uses GDDR6 VRAM.

Great graphics card for its value
26 May 2021

I bought this for my first PC build to play games. For the price, the card has a lot of bang for its buck. This is a great starter video card and has good 1080 graphics. It also just connects to the PCIe slot and doesn't need any additional connection to the power supply so it has a cleaner look overall.I'm super satisfied with this card and I expect to get good use out of it.

If your product doesn't work RMA won't help it either.
17 July 2021

The GPU worked great for about 2 months then when it was any load the GPU fans would go max speed and the screen would lose connection and it would stay that way until I reset the computer. I sent it in for RMA since I tried any other GPU and had no problems even when pushing it to the limit. After I got it back from the RMA it worked fine for another 2/3 months until the same problem arose. I then once again had to send it in for RMA in which I just got it back and it had the same problem immediately. I now have to resort to buying a hugely up-priced gpu because of this. So if you buy from Asus beware if you have a problem their RMA will do NOTHING.

Much needed upgrade
15 April 2022

This graphics card came at a time when my boyfriend's old one had been put through the ringer for ~7 years. RIP old buddy. This graphics card was immediately operational, automatically updated itself and initiated = super easy install. All my boyfriend had to do was not lose the screws to get in '-.- Mission: Accomplished

Not the best performance
6 October 2020

This GTX 1650 is Not a good performer. At a lower price and recommended being good for a gaming application I installed it under an i5 with an average bottleneck of 4.03% (CPU side), frame rates are playable but low (37-51fps) on 1080 with most settings usually turned down to medium or less.Disappointing performance.I would not recommend this card for gaming; get a step up or look to other GPU giants for more bang for buck.

Performs great, but the fan sucks
23 May 2022

I'd recommend this fan so long as you have a closed case. There is a lot of mesh on my case, so the scraping is particularly audible. However, I would imagine that with a more soundproof case you wouldn't hear it.

Satisfiable Upgrade
11 September 2021

My old Radeon HD 6850 died after ten years. Somehow got this on Newegg for $220 in August 2021. Totally worth it for a relatively new mid-grade GPU model that doesnt break the bank. Much smaller, quieter, cooler, and less power hungry than my old card. Newer games play well.
