The only portable gaming monitor on the market that fulfills its role as advertised. Only issues I had with it were the cables were short and caused the screen to tilt sometimes. The stand is amazing and can make a minimalist very happy. If your looking for a great screen that takes little to no space and can be carried around with ease for gaming, look no further than this product. It’s practically the only mobile gaming monitor now hence the large price tag.

Super light and easy to transport. The travel cover is well cushioned and robust Fast setup, colours are great and refresh/response is on point.

I got this monitor shipped in today and it's definitely the best lightweight travel monitor I've ever bought! I primarily use this monitor for gaming so I'm not sure about other uses at the moment. I just played a few sessions of Gran Turismo 7 and the screen can definitely display the high speeds I'm going without a hitch! The colors looked great as well. The sound on the speakers doesn't sound cheap but pretty decent. I definitely feel good about buying this monitor! This day definitely beats carrying a bulky monitor to LAN parties for sure!

Very clear and responsive. Battery is decent but could last longer if you lower the graphic settings if you’re using this for work. Very clear.
Pros: High pixel density for a 1080p screen.Pretty image without manufacturing issues.Top-notch presentation and packing.Good quality bag.Cons: Flimsy construction, serious back-light bleed, problems with the battery. Chunky cables.Poor implementation from phone or from tablet(no more than 60hz) even on Dex.Unstable cover. The factory tolerance for the screen is just too low and its working range is still in its infancy. Also too high in price, I would not recommend it.
I use to think highly of Asus but I'm starting to have second thoughts on that. I drove out 32 minutes to this place to buy this. Was extremely excited to bring it home when out of the box, this thing would not work. I was greeted with the ROG logo but it had a grey and static appearance as though the video was somehow corrupted and for a brief second, it revealed the battery info before turning off. I could hear the audio in the background when I had it connected but no video. Eventually, it stopped that. Afterwards, I couldn't get any signal or ANYTHING to come up even with the power supply. I've read reports from users that experienced issues similar to mine. I doubted them. Bad on my end as I wasted a good chunk of time and gas dealing with this ordeal. Asus, if ... Asus, if you're reading this, please do a better job at quality control. I mean, it's pretty sad I can go on eBay and find something similar at a fraction of your price, and have it work flawlessly.
And what I mean by that is getting one without a defect. My first had slight damage to the speakers and would make buzz noises when a 3.5mm headphone was plugged in. One minor thing I’ve priced with the monitor is that it has these barely visible lines that come across the screen when playing a game at high refresh rate. Not the end of the world but it can be annoying sometimes. Other than that the monitor is fantastic for those who want to game on the go. I legit only bought this to play on my bed because I sometimes don’t feel like sitting in a chair after coming from work. I can sit back and relax play what I want to play and still get the 240hz goodness this monitor offers!
Pros: This is a great portable monitor. Stand works well and image is awesome compared to Viewsonic for $299. (Viewsonic is washed out in comparison.)Cons: WAY WAY WAY overpriced. Absolutely nothing makes this a +500$ monitor. Middling $200 monitor at best compared to what you can get in a non-portable monitor for that money. Power buttons stopped working on TWO different monitors. Worthless if it doesn't turn on.
You want a portable monitor? This is it. Amazing IPS color with high refresh rates with a premium price tag on it.Construction quality could be better as connectors and buttons look cheap. The usb-c port is very picky as I haven't got any display port cable to work with it.
The carry on bag is helpful when traveling on planes, and it is suitable if you are constantly traveling due to how it can be setup. However, comparing monitor prices to those you can get at around this price is no contest if you are not traveling.
