I’ve always bought Autoglym car cleaning products. I’ve always found them to be very good quality and very good value for money. After a wash and a polish the Extra Gloss Protection gives a deep piano black shine and finish. It’s only my personal experience and choice but I’ve found over the years that Autoglym products have always given excellent results.

This sealant produces a crispy, sharp, glass like finish when the paint is prepped properly. I've been using this product for roughly 10 years and it is always my go to sealant.I stick a trigger sprayer in to the bottle and spray a fine mist on to a foam applicator pad before apply in straight lines in a small section at a time. This product can be easy to over apply if you are new to using it, a little does go a long way with this sealant.I usually get 5-7 months protection on my car as long as its cleaned using a pH neutral pre wash and shampoo.

Very easy to use giving a superb smooth glossy finish. As the instructions say, a little goes a long way to covering your paintwork. Buffs off easily & quickly with either a mechanical buffer or by hand. One application lasts for months even on cars that permanently live uncovered outdoors, be them brand new acrylic painted cars or 40 yro enamel painted car . A far better product that many other I have used for over 30 years. No hesitation in recommending.

Purchased this product previously and loved the result. Incredibly - it was on special this time, so I bought more. Duco is smooth as glass after using it. Beautiful product. Have rated the ‘value of this product’ lower as the normal retail price is very prohibitive; having said that, you only require a very small amount to do the job. Very rewarding result.
As the title suggests this product is great and has been tested many times in groups tests as a great post- wash protection. Lasts a good few months (assuming you use mild shampoo such as Autoglyms conditioning shampoo). Also good for keeping brake dust from adhering to your alloys. If you want better you would need to shell out much more cash on a ceramic coating such as Gtechniq it this is much better value if you are willing to wash every few months (bottle lasts ages). Did my research and this stuff came out on top. Used it for years, buying more when my last bottle ran out. Recommended!
My son bought me this as part of a kit. I'd not used this particular Autoglym product before and it's amazing. Stunning shine. It's like it's out of the showroom. Applied it over super resin polish. Fantastic.Very thin application so goes a long way. Be careful not to get on the rubber and plastic. The Land Rover has never looked so good. Thanks son.
I have used Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection for many years to 'top up' between applications of their resin polish. The resin polish is slightly abrasive, as are most similar produtcts, and over use can eventually result in thining of gloss coat or event the paint itself. A simple once over with the Gloss Protection restores the shine without any abrasives involved. It is best to apply thinly and to leave for at least an hour before polisihng off. Overnight in the garage works well. My Mini is now 29 years old with over 130,000 miles - never had a respray! Looks amazing at shows but is really will used including on the World Rally GB where I marshal and it gets well coverd in the proverbial (see picture) as it traverses several stages through the forests. AG Extra Gloss Protection is an amazing product, use it after AG Super Resin Polish to really lock in that shine (especially on darker colours). Generally find that after using this I can get away with just a weekly wash of the car as the product really helps to stop crud sticking to the paintwork. Also offers outstanding water beading qualities to protect against the elements. Very easy to use, apply, wait 30 mins and buff up-job done and a little goes a long way. Highly recommended.
I use the sealant after polishing and I can even feel the difference on the paint. Great shine and lasts a long time. Easy to apply but like water so needs to go onto a cloth, dries to a hard white coat easy to rub off. Great product!
I use this along with the Autoglym Bodywork Shampoo and Conditioner, and Autoglym Super Resin Polish. Using all these products together produces an amazing result, with good protection. I still cannot believe the shine! I have a 2009 Mazda 6 Luxury Sports Hatchback in red metallic paint, nothing special. But it really makes the colour pop. I leave my car at the airport frequently for work, and it becomes filthy quite rapidly. A fortnightly wash with Bodywork Shampoo and Conditioner, and the Super Resin Polish, with the Extra Gloss Protection every 3-4 months. My car has never looked so good. A bit more pricey than some products, but I highly recommend. Well worth the investment.
