I needed a new shampoo to try and thankfully Aveda gifted me this to try. I wasn't expecting much but by my surprise, it's a really great shampoo. I have very oily and thin, fine hair. After my first use I noticed a difference with it taking longer for my hair to get oily. It's definitely a thick consistency so you have to get the shampoo wet in order for it to lather up. You definitely don't need a lot of the product either. I can't wait for the month long result of using this shampoo. Not to mention it actually smells very fresh and clean. Not full of fragrance which I appreciated. I love that they have smaller bottles too. So if you wanted to try the product out first, you could get the smaller one!

I received this product complimentary from Aveda. Aveda invati ultra advanced exfoliating shampoo is a vegan, cruelty free and dermatologist tested shampoo suitable for thinning hair. I can immediately smell lavender, vanilla and sage on application. It exfoliates with wintergreen derived salicylic acid and removed build up making the scalp healthy. The formula makes the hair feel thicker and stronger and improves hair density. I like how this shampoo is vegan and cruelty free. My hair feels soft and smooth after shampooing it with Aveda invati ultra advanced shampoo.

This product was gifted by Aveda for my honest opinion. The Aveda Exfoliating Shampoo is smaller than a typical shampoo bottle. The lather is okay. I really have to work the product around my hair to achieve a fully lathered head. It has a strong botanical smell with a strong lavender aroma. I lose a lot of hair when I shower, it feels like an irregular amount. Since I started using this shampoo, I've noticed a slight decrease in my hair loss. It's not super obvious in the pictures, I notice it more in the shower. I hope to see more of a difference in the long term.
I tried the Invati Ultra Advanced Thickening Sampoo complimentary from Aveda. I liked that it gave a good lather since I have oily roots and dry ends, my scalp felt refreshed and clean. I can get dandruff if a product isnt cleansing enough but had no problems with any flakes. I had to use it consistently for about week and a half (in combo with the conditioner) before I started to see that my hair was thickening. I noticed regrowth as I have excessive shedding. I love that it has a beautiful natural scent in the shower but once my hair dried I didn't smell it unless I held my hair to my nose, which is my preference since I don't like overly strong scents. Overall this product was wonderful for people concerned about their thinning hair like me.

After the first use, my hair felt clean and refreshed, with an apparent boost in volume. The shampoo has a nice texture and a soothing botanical scent that makes the experience enjoyable.Even after one use, I appreciate the natural ingredients and the gentle exfoliation on my scalp. Which I noticed that my hair doesn't get oily as quicker with this shampoo. Although I can't speak to long-term effects yet, I'm optimistic about its potential benefits for improving hair density and scalp health.

It really adds to the experience and makes washing my hair much more satisfying.The Shampoo creates a nice light frothy foam lather and feels very soothing on my scalp. Rinses out easily and noticeably feel it has removed the excess oils and impurities from my scalp. Leaving both my hair and scalp clean and refreshed.After blow drying my hair, roots are noticeable more lifted giving me more volume and fullness.
