This shampoo is packed with all natural plant and fruit extracts to nourish the hair, providing smoothness, shine and strength. Because I have fine hair, I choose the light version along with the coordinating conditioner. This shampoo is creamy and smells so good. It leaves your hair super clean without feeling stripped or dry. I also use the conditioner, leave in spray conditioner and curl Gelee from this line. In the picture shown, I had a professional Nutriplenish mask done at the salon and my hair looks and feels amazing!

I just used my sample of shampoo and conditioner. I love it, I’m surprised. I have medium-thick hair and this softened it very much and detangled. The smell was herbal and almost woodsy, I couldn’t help thinking men would like it as well. It isn’t my favorite scent but it’s light. I didn’t use any products in my hair and it hasn’t dried fully yet but enough so that I can already tell it is soft and smooth with no flyaways. It was a treat to get these samples in the mail and I would consider purchasing it, or maybe the heavy moisture version since my hair is on the thick side. Recommended.

Aveda shampoo and conditioner is amazing I love everything about this product. The product makes my hair soft shiny. It leaves hair with so much body it really makes it feel so healthy. I got so many compliments after using this product I’ve told everyone I know how amazing this product is I’ve actually switch to this product that’s how good it is. It’s also affordable met expectations wouldn’t change anything about this product it is fabulous. One of my top five favorite brands of hair products for this year it’s a winner.

I was skeptical to try it mainly because of the price point. But I had heard so much about it I went for it and I have never been happier. It lathers well it even removes oil in one wash. Leaves my hair soft and clean and smell is pleasant and earthy. I won’t say it helps in taking frizz if only the price wasn’t this high.

I have just started using this & am over the moon.I have curly hair & usually use the 'be curly' range. But as I'm getting older my hair is dryer & in need of something extra special.This product is amazing. In one wash my hair is soft again & the shine incredible.Well done Aveda
I’m very happy with my purchase. I find this shampoo to be very gentle and moisturizing without my hair being weighed down or limp. I have been looking for a gentle shampoo for a few years now without much luck; this one is a keeper! My hair is straight, fine, blonde that is easily damaged and dry. I’ve been using the nutriplenish for a few weeks and still like it. My hair is stronger, shinier and without breakage since using it.
I have admittedly difficult hair: fine, curly and frizz prone with a lot of fallout and breakage. I have tried sooo many shampoo/conditioner combos trying to find something that moisturizes enough to control the damage & frizz, but doesn't weight down my curls or leave it filmy--I was really optimistic about Nutriplenish Light Moisture because on paper it ticks all the boxes...Unfortunately, this ain't it. In combo with the conditioner it dries my hair out, and leaves it feeling rough and frizzy. I've had plenty of drug-store brands work better than this. Very disappointed. Giving it 2 stars instead of 1, because my hair asks a lot more than some and I like the low-key scent. "Light" moisture was actually non-existent in my experience.
The Nutriplenish Light Moisture shampoo and conditioner work really well if you need moisture and effective detangling. My hair is long, dyed, dry, wavy (2C), fine, and full. I heat style daily. When I use the shampoo and conditioner my hair feels so soft and healthy afterwards. To my nose, the fragrance is similar to Earl Grey Tea (bergamot) and is medium in intensity (more than light, less than strong). If you like Aveda Damage Remedy you will like this shampoo and conditioner.
I have been using this for couple of weeks, there aren’t many differences after the first time I used it, I just felt like it’s really light which is why I love to use this shampoo. After couple of times, you can see the difference, my hair is no longer knotted and felt fresher. Just one thing you might need to think about before you buy it, it’s the smells. I am totally fine with the smell because I don’t like those products with strong smells. But if you are looking for something with really nice smells, this might not be the one that you want.
