I will say I'm extremely upset that you took a great formula and changed to look feel and smell different. I placed an online grocery order and thought the shopper grabbed the wrong lotion on accident. I used it and it smelled different. Bit calming, but rather stressful my usual lavender and chamomile was not the same. I had a little bit left in my old bottle and compared them. The new formula is Lavendar only and say Calming. The smell is not the same and is very weak. You can't smell it on your skin. Lavender is one of my favorite scents in the world, but this product is disappointing. Also, the softness of your skin you get from using the original version, even hours later, didn't seem to happen with this new formula.Please Bring back the original version.
I've used the Stress Relief lotion and body wash for many many years because of how unique, natural and well-balanced the scent is. The consistency was just rich enough without being heavy, sticky or greasy; it was truly perfection. However, this updated formula is in no way just a "new look". It smells absolutely disgusting. The fragrance smells completely artificial and cheap. The formula feels diluted with water and not at all hydrating. I've loved and lost many skin care products through company rebranding but nothing has been as disappointing as this one. Even the packaging looks tacky. I thought I was the only one who felt this way but it's great to see others speaking out as well. Suffice it to say, Aveeno has lost another loyal customer.
