Avene Cleanance Hydra Soothing Cleansing Cream 200ml

This is really a quality product. It's my perfect cleanser. It's a gel like consistency and foams very mildly but it's not a Milky cleanser with no foaming which I do not like. There is a lot of product in the bottle and the price was well worth it. It cleanses my skin without stripping the oils. This is definitely a 10 out of 10 for me.

This is one of my holy grail face washes. I ended up picking it up in Shopper's Drugmart during a holiday when I forgot my regular one at home. I've been using it for almost a year and I have gotten so many compliments on my skin. I used to have extremely dry skin and a lot of redness around my T-Zone. I love that Avene Cleanance is so so so so so gentle. It has a light fragrance, but nothing overwhelming. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve been using this cleanser for YEARS now. I was first introduced to it by my dermatologist for my acne prone skin and never turned back. I’ve repurchased it multiple times. Nothing compares its gentle, doesn’t dry out your skin and completely transformed my skin. You won’t be disappointed.

I've been using this Avene Cleanance Hydra face cleanser for over 2 years and can't imagine my skin care routine without this product! Tried some other ones, but nothing tops this one. It cleanses the skin very well and doesn't strip or irritate at all. The texture is milky and a little amount is enough to remove everything (including mascara). My husband has a very sensitive skin with rosacea and he also loves it.

Finally something for dry acne prone skin!

I have very dehydrated skin that is acne prone and prone to acne rosacea- yeah me triple the fun! In my early 20’s I went on accutane and while it was the miracle to help me finally clear up my skin, it does dry up your oil glands and I have always had slightly dehydrated skin since then(I’ll take it as the cure was worth it!) Fast forward 20 years and while I never break out like I did back then, I am still acne prone. I have struggled for years to find a wash that helped me control any breakouts and that didn’t dry me out. Gentle, soothing face wash

This face wash is perfect for my newly sensitive skin due to harsh acne treatments. My dermatologist recommended that I use this skincare regimen (toner and moisturizer) while taking these medications. The scent is amazing! It is gentle on my skin and soothes my irritated skin. Would definitely recommend others to purchase.

Loving Avene products

I just recently tried the Avene Skin Recovery Cream and loved it so much that I thought I'd give one of their cleansers a try. My skin has become quite dry and sensitive due to prescription Vitamin A foam. Normally, though, I am quite oily and blemish prone. The description of this product seemed right up my alley - skin that has been dried by prescription acne treatments. So far, so good. My skin feels clean but not tight and dry after I use this. I am using this product at night before I apply my prescription Vitamin A and I am waking up in the morning with less dry and irritated skin. I really enjoy using this product and highly recommend if you are trying to adjust to a prescription acne product.

I bought this on June 2022 based on reviews here and at the ulta website (however this product is no longer available there). Sadly I am not satisfied and this product is just not for me, so won’t be buying again. For reference, i have combination ski, T zone on the oily side with dry cheeks, slightly large pores, I can’t use this cleanser more than twice a week and most times are double cleansing and always followed by Avene thermal water and a moisturizer; my skin looks scaly after use, and seems to shed no matter how gently during lather and rinse I am. Overall these products made my skin worse than before I started using them, will give them 2 stars because I like the smell

Not sure

Not sure how I feel about this cleanser. Cleans well but is drying which is odd as it sound like it’s not supposed to be. It has SA in it which I’ve used previously in chemical exfoliants but those never left my skin flakey like this does. I usually used them to get rid of flakes. Seems I can only use once or twice a week to keep breakouts at bay, but it still leaves skin flakey. This was recommended by by an Avene consultant for my mature, dry skin that tends to breakout. Love most Avene products but not sure on this one.

Perfect for changing skin

I struggled with acne all my life until I was pregnant with my second child - suddenly no acne! But my skin became incredibly dry, like moisturizing with oil in summer! This has been a fabulous cleanser, one of only 3 that I can now use that doesn't dry my skin out. The texture is very creamy but not clingy, I can rinse and it feels without residue and no over drying. After the first use I immediately subscribed for repeat delivery because it's all I use now!
