Avène DermAbsolu Night Balm is a dream to use. It comes in a container and you press down on it for cream to dispense. The packaging is super hygienic, the only drawback is it’s a bit harder to tell how much cream you have left. Creamy and soothing on the skin it’s the perfect cream to apply before heading to bed. Its easy to apply, and my skin feels super soft after applying the cream. It has a light fragrance but its fresh smelling and doesn’t irritate my skin at all. My skin has been very sensitive recently and this Avène DermAbsolu Night Balm is so calming for it. Its great to wake up in the morning with soothed and refreshed skin. Love it!

It was surprisingly rich and comforting balm. I didn’t know that I will fall in love with this product. It made my skin look glowing , clean and firm. Easy to use product . I am using this product for over few weeks now. From the first use I could feel the difference comparing to top end night creams that I am using for years now . Although it is lightweight balm and has a fragrance as normally I prefer natural face cream without added fragrance but it is rich enough So you don’t need to use more than pea size . Totally recommended it

It provided me with lots of nourishment and moisture, especially during the cold weather. Incorporating Avene's night balm into my skincare routine has made my skin visibly firmer, lifted, and refreshed. Their tub is cute and with a twist just the right amount dispenses. I enjoy using Avene's DermAbsolu Night Balm!

I have very dry skin and I found this product very helpful in my night skincare routine. I found that this product sunk into my skin and leaves it feeling moisturised without feeling wet. The biggest benefit I found that it didn't just sit on top of my skin like a lot of other moisturisers do. The packaging is great as you don't have to dig your fingers into the product which I thoroughly enjoy. Super friendly price point which is also an added benefit. I use this product after I have cleansed/exfoliated and used my serums.

The jar is not a conventional one with a lid that opens to let in air and non-sterile fingers, but rather a twist-top cylinder that opens the small hole that dispenses the cream, and then locks safely into place so no product can be accidently pressed out. Once unlocked, you gently press down on the cylinder to dispense a thickish stream of night cream, then simply click in the opposite direction to close. No need to mess around with applicators. French pharmacy brands are becoming more and more popular in Australia. At almost $75 this is one of the higher-priced items, but still affordable and as effective as many luxury brands. Better still, the coverage is so good I don’t need more than a pea-sized amount to nourish my whole face and neck. The only con I can see is the smallish size of 40 mls – a larger sized jar would be more economical, as this is a definite repurchase for me.
A great lightweight balm that glides on and absorbs into my skin. Leaves it feeling hydrated and refreshed; my face is soft and fresh the following morning. I like the mild fragrance of this, not too overpowering. Not a fan of the pump dispenser, but I admit it's hygienic and you only need a little as it goes a long way. You can't see how much product is left though, so that's a little annoying. A great addition to a night routine, really enjoy using this as a good TLC treat for my dry skin.
From the first use, I fell in love with this moisturiser. Even though it's called a night balm, I still found this was light enough to use in the day under make up , especially for winter time. It's hydrating but not heavy or thick. It sinks into the skin so easily. I love that this has helped my rosacea and redness. I now want to try the day cream as the night cream is incredible. It's also been calming and hydrating while I've started to increase my retinol use to twice a week. It's helped to stop any dry patches, as well as calming my skin as retinol can sometimes be slightly irritating to my skin. I love the packaging as it looks and feels so luxe. I'll be repurchasing this once I've finished my current one.
I hate been using the night balm for about 2 weeks now & I am absolutely loving it! It has such a silky & hydrating texture, definitely not heavy like traditional night creams. It sinks right into the skin in a matter of seconds & leaves it feeling so hydrated without any stickiness. I’m surprised at how light it actually is. I’ve also started using it as my hand cream too because it is just that good. It leaves your skin glowing in the morning which is exactly what I was hoping for. My only complaint - I’m very sensitive to fragrance & it does set me off sneezing for a good minute.

Avene products are my daily beauty items but I never used this Avène DermAbsolu range before. I already know that this range is not cheap and this means that the products must be effective. I used Avène DermAbsolu Comforting Night Balm after washing my face and neck + bit of facial mist + Avène DermAbsolu Serum. It feels really smooth and thick but it's absorbed onto my skin quickly. I feel my skin very smooth and firm. I use it twice a day, morning and night. I can clearly see that my skin becomes firm and smooth. I strongly recommend this Avène DermAbsolu Serum to mature ladies.
