The batteries die really quick. Maybe it’s being in the refrigerator but I’ve changed them three times in 8 months. The painted numbers are also wearing off which is not huge since they are on the other side raised but it’s not as easy to see. I have 2 of these both with the same issues. It also doesn’t hold a lot when you’re feeding 2. I recommend the Dr. Browns mixer over this one and it holds more and doesn’t use batteries.

I have two of these pictures and I dislike them so much. I ended up buying a Dr. Browns pitcher which is much better and holds more. The Brezza batteries are always dying. The measurement number paint has rubbed off, which is not huge, but more of pain when you tired trying to read. Every time you spin the top for the pour spout you open the compartment for the batteries.

If it weren't for being a tired mom of 2 and the lack of time...I'd might just pack this mixer back in the box for a return. Still it's a time saver but the constant reminder to not get the lid wet just makes my blood boil coming from design development stand point. Would adding a gasket not solve the waterproof matter? I get we can't submerge the lid into water but how am I suppose to clean/rinse the lid...wet wipes??

This mixer. is exactly what I needed and it serves its purpose. However, the cap is difficult to clean since it cannt get wet or submerged in water for washing since the top of the lid holds the battery and mechanism for the wand to operate..thisnis a major major design flaw. Mine is less than a year and the one button that allows the wand to continuously turn no longer works so the wand will only keep turning if I keep holding the button down.
Bought this as we transitioned our daughter to powdered formula thinking it could make our lives easier. Love the idea of a design that minimizes air bubbles as she is gassy and difficult to burp. Ultimately the design is flawed though as you cannot properly clean the lid without getting water on the inside where the batteries are. A 25 cent gasket could have fixed this issue. We ended up with two of these and the first cleaning attempt of one, it stopped working. The second one, we now remove the batteries before cleaning and dry it out completely before putting them back. This is obviously an annoying hassle, and ultimately when the second one stops working, we will go with a manual design like Dr. Browns. This issue seems like something they would have resolved ... MoreBought this as we transitioned our daughter to powdered formula thinking it could make our lives easier. This is obviously an annoying hassle, and ultimately when the second one stops working, we will go with a manual design like Dr. Browns. This issue seems like something they would have resolved as part of QA, but instead they just slapped a sticker on it indicating not to immerse it in water, which is difficult to avoid if you want it cleaned.
It is horrible. Not dishwasher friendly at all. Not even hand wash friendly with it's design and not waterproof lid. Like add a silicone band around it to avoid water in the battery compartment. Also, it's 3 double aa batteries, so you don't know when or how they fail or if it was water related. It doesn't mix well, takes over 5 mins to trust it made big batches right and thoroughly mixed. It's junk. I hate everything baby brezza. Over priced and never works correctly with over 2 oz of formula across their product lines. With a formula shortage, don't trust Brezza.
So as many new moms do, we seek out what would better our busy and tiring lives. It was between this and the dr. Browns one. I ultimately chose this product because I figured I could make chocolate milk if all fails. I’ve had it for several months now and it’s just “meh.” For one, it’s smaller than I imagined, and the measuring line is only on one side of the pitcher and it’s pretty faint. Another thing is that the lid part keeps shifting around so when I do want to mix formula, I have to readjust it bc the button isn’t lined up! And lastly, I literally just use it to store water in and have only used the electric part maybe twice, three times max. Kind of regret purchasing.
I became pregnant with my second child while my first was only 5 months old. Shortly after, my milk supply decreased so significantly that I had to switch my daughter to formula. I fully believe that "fed is best" but I was still secretly upset that I could no longer BF my baby, and I was overwhelmed with the options for formula and feeding products. Luckily I came across the Baby Brezza formula mixer and other bottle feeding products and i am so happy to say that all my worries have gone away because these products make my life so much easier. The formula mixer allows me to make a perfect pitcher of formula to last all day (so dad and babysitters can't screw up the recipe!) and the gentle mixing prevents air bubbles that ultimately make my baby too gassy! LOVED this at first, was perfect for our needs and it’s awesome to press a button and continue tending to baby. Stopped working after a few months. Never submerged in water, and switched out the batteries twice just to make sure it wasn’t the batteries. Unfortunately it was not and it was the pitcher. It was amazing at first but not worth the money if it stops working a few months in.
I love mine. It definitely speeds up the process of making formula in advance as my son is in daycare. This is the second mixer I've purchased. The first one still works but after 8 months, sometimes I have to manually turn the mixer part to get it spinning so I went ahead and bought a new one so if it doesn't work one day, I won't be in a pickle! I've seen comments about it not mixing the formula well but I push the formula down into the water with the mixer part and then turn on the mixer. Other than the mixer part not spinning without help sometimes, I love this product! It was well worth the money!
