Quite flavorsome and filling. Adding the recommended water for the 1 serve size had the consistency just right. I cheated a little and added some Chinese sausage, but you could also add some canned chicken. Not the best in the range, but 4 stars for the convenience and good taste.
Nice flavour but could have had more vegetables and less noodles
I was very disappointed with the flavour of this dish. It really didn't seem like a stir fry at all. The egg flavour overpowered the dish and it wasn't nice!
This dehydrated meal from Back Country Cuisine is a great option for vegan hikers. It's tasty and sustaining, my go to meal whenever I go tramping.
I like these meals because you don't need much to prepare them. A 500ml enamel mug, a spoon, and a gas cooker is all you need - you just add the hot water to the meal bag and seal it, within 10 minutes you have your dinner all ready to go. The pouch turns into its own bowl, and the material of the pouch keeps your food piping hot. It's very tasty and satisfying.
