Banana Boat Kids Sunscreen Lotion 200g

Omg. Where has this line been all my life? I've been looking for a daily moisturizer with SPF for years. I had no idea I should be looking for a sunscreen with a moisturizer! I live on the SC coast and have porcelain skin, and I need something I can wear everyday. I was hoping to find a combination product that also acted as a moisturizer, and this is it! . It's loaded with moisture and vitamins and is SPF 50. It comes in a cream, spray, and face formula. I appreciate the convenience of the spray, but I really prefer the face and cream formulas. Will definitely be staples in my beach bag as well as my morning routine. Thanks, Banana Boat, and thanks Influenster for introducing me to these wonderful products!

This sunscreen is great in almost every way: the texture is smooth and not grainy, it blends into the skin well and doesn’t have a weird scent. The only issue I had with it sometimes is entirely dependent on what foundation/primer I use. Every once in a while it doesn’t layer well with my foundation but to be fair, I also don’t wait too long between application. It’s great if you have oily/combo skin like me but not sure how it would work with dry skin. Other than that, it’s great for the price and it performs well. I feel protected wearing it!

I received this product to review. Overall I’m very picky with sunscreens and I will review this no differently based on what I want from a sunscreen. This product is convenient to use. It sprays on clear, which doesn’t give off the terrible white cast. That’s a plus. The only thing is that the aerosols released from the spray bottle makes my throat itchy. Another thing is that I don’t know how many layers of spray would be efficient or equivalent to the lotion counterpart. So based on this I don’t know if this is more cost efficient than the lotions. The bottle has a twist cap to open and close. Very good in case you accidentally press on it. The spray itself doesn’t meet my criteria for sunscreen though. It leaves off a very greasy feeling. Great sunscreen

I didn’t know they made this kind of sunscreen! It is a high quality sunscreen made by a quality brand! Opening the container is easy too and squeezing it out is simple! It makes it easier to get it out while trying to apply it to wiggly kids! I also like that it doesn’t take a lot each time you use it, so the bottle lasts longer!The cool thing about this sunscreen is that it also contains different vitamins! It seems to help skin stay healthier after using it and being in the sun. It is a nice added bonus to the sunscreen! The sunscreen doesn’t have a nasty smell either! And it doesn’t feel super greasy which I also like a lot.I highly recommend this sunscreen! It works well. Try it out, you will be happy you did!Pros: quality, easy applicationCons: none

Love the scent

My favorite attribute of the sunscreen is it’s scent. It smells like a freshly peeled orange. It’s hard not to like it. When applied on the skin it doesn’t leave any streaks plus it easily and evenly distributes. I pay attention to ingredients since they are very important to me. It has many ingredients that I am concerned about like EDTA, however in the end it is up to the users choice. Additionally the sunscreen hydrates, has vitamins C and B3 . A big plus on top of that is also the very simplistic instruction on the back of the tube in a form of small icons. I am giving it four stars but taking one away for the ingredient content.

Good scent sunscreen lotion. Easy to apply and protect well. This is the first time I see this brand with vitamins and that’s a plus. Dry fast and did feel oily. I use it for my kid while playing outside and so far no complaints from him. I had a bad experience in December going on a hike in cloudy weather without sunscreen. The news said low UV so I assumed I didn't need it and suffered a terrible burn. My bad. So with this, I tried it out again after the burn healed and when I went out again I was covered. No burn. It went on easily and blended well with no discoloration or funky shade. Smell was fine. No stinging near my eyes. I can't wait to see how it does in summer if it lasts through spring!

We love this sunscreen!

My husband is an Ocean Lifeguard and can be a little snobby about sunscreen. This one is a classic and will be added to our shortlist rotation. It's still winter but we are spending a decent amount of time outdoors in southern California on hikes and going to the pool. I like the scent it's not too strong. This is also easy to rub in, while also feeling like my family is getting good coverage and sun protection. No burns, and no flakes at the end of the day nor the next, so this one was a success. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. :)
