The hotplates double sided surface allows you to barbecue delicate food that may otherwise seem impossible. Cook everything you couldnt on your grill plate: Designed to fit over the Weber Baby Q, our hotplate provides you with a flat cooking surface for barbecuing seafood, cooking bacon, sauteing veggies and more. Convenient: Weber half hotplate sits on either side of the grill, so you can still cook your traditional barbecue favourites on one side. Features a notch for easy inserting and removing. Keeps mess contained: Raised edges ensures that food stays on the plate while two grease drainage holes funnel away unwanted oil and fats away. NB: Two half plates are not suggested to be used as a full BBQ plate! See below... Campaquip has developed a FULL GRIDDLE plate that has sufficient gaps around the outside of the plate and manifold, as well as centre holes which allow for the airflow mentioned above. These holes also allow for excess fats and oils to drain. Not only is our plate safe but you are able to cook with the lid up or down without compromising your cook. Plates cannot be used on the New Weber Baby Q Series (Q1000N & Q1200N)
