Barilla Lasagne 500g

The delivery are so fast, it only took few days to arrive here at Sabah. The packaging are so secure too !!!! I do have some broken pasta but just a few of it, but still can use. Overall definitely gonna buy again from this shop.

Always cooks well

These are great sheets. No precooking and they always come out the oven softened but firm in texture, good lasagne.

Cooked quickly and minimal plastic

I made lasagne on the weekend, and although I did make it ahead, so it stood for a while with the filling, I found it cooked very well and was soft throughout the dish when I took it out after 45 mins. I would recommend it.

These sheets were bought as our usual were out of stock. We were really pleased with them as our substitute sheets. They kept a good shape and had a good flavour too. May be adding this to the regular shopping

Excellent

I've tried various dried lasagne sheets in the past but these are fantastic. I would usually buy fresh but there is never enough in one pack so usually used some dried as well. Decided to try this after reading the reviews and it is excellent, cooks evenly, nice texture and easy to break if need be. Sticking with this from now on, have also tried the cannelloni tubes and they are great too.

First class lasagne sheets

These sheets are perfect for either beef or veggie lasagne. The rippled texture ensures that they cook perfectly throughout, unlike some others that still have uncooked sections where overlapped. I have found all the Barilla range to be excellent.

Sturdy simple lasagne sheets

Never had problems with this brand before, after making 15+ spinach or tomato based lasagnes with these. Always hold together without ripping. Flavour is minimal but that's what I expect from plain durum wheat pasta, the taste comes from whatever sauce or filling you're making. It's great that there's no plastic in the packaging too.

Tasted just like fresh lasagne sheets!

Bought this with much trepidation as it was not our usual brand. Looked completely different to our normal dried sheets and did not snap quite as well to fit the dish, but tasted fantastic - nothing like dried pasta and indistinguishable from fresh - creamy and silky in texture, and evenly cooked all the way through.

great pasta sheets

thanks to ocado my store cupboard ingredients have been going through an upgrade and very pleased with this week's batch cook of lasagna. it honestly is the best lasagna I have ever made. good ingredients make such a difference to the finished dish. this means I am starting to enjoy cooking again. fantastic!!
