This dry shampoo is like magic in a can. I've got fine hair that tends to get greasy real quick, but a few spritzes of Batiste, and boom – instant volume and freshness. No more looking like I dipped my head in a fryer by the end of the day. One of my favorite things about Batiste is its versatility. I was so excited to get to try the new Batiste 24hr dry shampoo, I’m a huge dry shampoo person as I only like to wash my hair once a week so this was perfect for me. So the Pros of this product are the smell is absolutely beautiful it apply easy to the hair and gives it that much needed boost to look fresh again, it distributes for the can all over and can leave a white powder like look on your hair but that literally disappears once you brush/style your hair. Now the Cons of the product, I say cons but I’m actual fact there was only 1 issue i faced which was the day after I used the dry shampoo my hair had this tacky feel to it like there was still a lot of product in my hair and it didn’t feel or look nice, I tried to give my hair another blast of the dry shampoo but just made it worse so was a little disappointed in that as use there other dry shampoos all the time and the next day it just brushes out, so that would be my only slight downfall. Will I use again, absolutely as the pros outweigh the cons, although when using i would ensure the following day is a hair wash day as I couldn’t reapply the dry shampoo for a second day. Overall great product and I really like the concept and would highly recommend

I love this dry shampoo! For background I have super long, medium density hair that I wash every other day and I have bangs, which get oily rather quickly compared to the rest of my hair. Batiste makes my hair look clean and soft, not greasy! I have used it on 4 day unwashed hair before (depression!) and while it may not look like I just shampooed that day, it does help A LOT! To not get any white residue, I tilt my head down so my hair is flipped upside down, then I spray while targeting my roots, I tousle my hair and I flip it back over and brush my hair! If I feel I need more I keep my head upright and hair normal, and the key is to lift up the top layer of your hair and spray the dry shampoo in between the top layer roots and the rest of your hair. I have vividly coloured hair (aka party coloured, aka creatively coloured). For the blues and purples I love shampoo doesn't work well. It fades those shades REALLY quickly. This is after trying more, less, far away, close, waiting for ten minutes for the starch yo do its job, brushing like crazy. It wasn't great. I ended up buying Pureology Hydrate Shine Max. I'd apply a little to my hands and smooth over my hair, working into the ends then running my fingers through. It added a little shine, very little, but did absolutely nothing for the texture. I did a Google search and found a lot of blog and magazine posts with level based reviews on dry shampoo. This one was so consistently at or near the top. It works. Really well. It kills that dirty, oily look, my hair isn't rough and dry. It actually feels nice to the touch, and the starch brushes out. The shine is still deadened, but that Pureology I mentioned earlier? It works now. The other dries I tried had aluminum starch, tapioca starch, silica silyate and arrowroot. The Batiste uses rice starch. The carrier formulation isn't different from the others, except the two powder based ones. I just washed my hair today, after five days. I still showered to wash my body. I still washed my face. However, it was just the Batiste Hydrate Shine Max and brushing for my hair. It still smelled great. Looked good. Was touchable. Five days, people!!

I found the pack really useful as it gave a clear step by step process of how to “feel fabulous in four!” First, just shake the product to wake the “magic,” spray towards the roots after sectioning, massage in then brush lightly to remove any excess residue. I found it truly did give me 24 hour freshness and made my hair smell great. I love that the bottle is completely recyclable and that the formula is vegan friendly. Unlike some other hair products, this promises that it won’t dry my hair out and it’s great that it suitable for all hair types. Batiste's Fresh Dry Shampoo in the Light & Breezy is my new go-to dry shampoo. This dry shampoo does a great job of abose excess oil and gives hair a dry and clean look. It's efficient in soak up the excess oil after a quick 3-4 sprays with some massages into the hair. Adding few quick hair brush strokes will give even better apprentice. The sent is very refreshing with a citrus smell. Not overpowering at all. I also notice, the dry shampoo help give a subtle volume lift to my hair. I didn't notice any white residue like the other dry shampoo that I was using. But my hair does look a slight lighter color. Overall, this product is solid in what it's intended to do as a dry refresher. It's effective and make my hair looks and smells great.

I have been using batiste dry hair shampoos for years! They are a life saver for days inbetween hair washes and when you need to refresh your hair. This is my first time trying this particular one. It smells so lovely like fresh fruit and instantly freshens my hair. Making it look and feel like it’s been newly washed. It is so easy to use. Just give it a good shake, spray then using your fingers massage into hair and scalp. Then comb through removing any “excess” residue. Then you’re good to go and have hair that looks and feels fresh for another 24 hours. I like that it has touch activated technology as it helps when running your fingers through. You get that extra freshness.

It smells clean, citrusy, and feminine (It goes really well with my Tocca Stella perfume, which has citrus notes as well.)The other thing that is nice about this dry shampoo is the packaging. It seems a bit forceful when it comes out, so it feels like I am using a lot of product and that a lot of it sprays elsewhere. You also have to be sure to shake it up and not spray too much in one spot or it can give a gray, powdery look to your hair. That is easily fixable by brushing it out or if need be, taking a towel and going it a quick wipe.Overall I really like this product, and for $12, I would buy it again. I used it on my hair, which normally goes about a week between washes in fall and winter, and it really freshened it up and made it smell great, gave it a little more volume, and made it feel soft.
