The A3 Knee Brace is an excellent support for my very unstable knee joint especially when I get into bed is usually the time when the joint dislocates.It provides a sense of security knowing I can trust it to do the job allowing me to go to sleep.

Brace fits nice and firm , good compression and knit fabric very comfortable. Have medial ligament tear and bought brace to help this . Getting improvement slowly , not expecting super quick recovery as long term injury .Knee feels more stable with brace on .

Purchased a pair of these for the purpose of trying to get some knee support while snow skiing. For context, I have mild arthritis in both knees & jagged meniscus tears that can’t be fixed - a walk around the block can be quite painful.I wore these for 2 full days of skiing and anytime walking through the snow. Absolutely no pain! An amazing product. They were comfortable to wear all day, they were not restrictive in any way, and stayed exactly in place (no readjustment at any time). Thoroughly worth the investment and would highly recommend.

I bought this to replace a Bauertrain brace I received 11 years ago following ACL repair. I recently experienced a tear to the lateral meniscus on this knee and will be having surgery soon to repair it. In the mean time, i had been using my old brace, which was not as firm as it used to be. Ordered this new version, and from the first moment i put it on, i could feel the difference. The support is fantastic. it significantly improved my pain and allows me far more mobility. I'm sure it will be a useful aid to my post op recovery. Thank you.
I travelled to Australia last month on holidays. During the flight my knees became very swollen. In my left knee I have a torn ligament which affects my stability. I bought a GenuTrain A3 Knee Brace and I was able to enjoy my holidays without problems. Thank you very much Bauerfeind.
Very happy with my A3 knee brace. I have a very bad arthritic knee & suffer from a lot of pain, the brace gives me a lot of support & does relieve some of my pain. I love the cushioning around the kneecap and especially down the inside of the knee. It is very well made with quality fabric and best of all it doesn’t ride down your leg & doesn’t scrunch up behind the knee which was a big problem with others that I have tried. Best investment I’ve made & well worth the price. I received the brace within just 3 days of ordering it.
Support is very good, keeps my knee stable during sport. Very happy with it. Only suggestion is how you can make it easier to remove, particularly when it gets swetty it sticks to leg.Must say, as well, though, the purchase experience was excellent. Easy, issues addressed really well by the call centre assistanst, and delivered as promised with regular updates on delivery status. Excellent work.

Recovery has been slow as I was about five years later having the operation than I should have. Left knee is pretty much healed and going well. Right knee, which was the most damaged knee has taken a lot longer. Around ten months ago I started having discomfort and occasionally outright pain in the right knee. It felt like a constant bruising. When I explained this to the assistant, he advised I go for the GenuTrain A3. It arrived within four days and from the moment I pulled it on over my knee, the relief has been incredible. It was exactly what I needed. Lovely and soft, the gel pads feel supportive in all the right places. Easy to wear all day long at work.I’ve fallen and hurt MCL many times, roller skating, and small meniscal injury, exacerbated with having tight muscles and ITB. Very reassuring to wear when you have pain- and it actually helps with that too.
Having recently dislocated my knee and damaged my MPFL my orthopaedic advise I buy a Genutrain. Although more expensive than other knee braces the Bauerfeind Genutrain P3 does exactly what it says. I felt very uneasy walking after the dislocation but the P3 stabilises the joint in all the right places. The integrated patella tracking system prevents my patella from drifting outwards while the inner gel massages the muscle. A very good brace to regain confidence in walking. Stick to the size guide when buying. It will take a few wears to break in the brace but after a while it will soften and adjust to the shape of your leg. I highly recommend this product.
