I am a Bose fan for years still sporting the QC45. But several years later and the battery on my QCs is not the same. This past holiday season started to look for a new pair at a lower price. A few things I would change on these will be the ear cups in which I would prefer a more breathable material, but as we all know, this is an Apple product and therefore they pride themselves to be that "premium quality" brand that is known from all their devices. Wearability I would give them a 3.5, maybe a 4 stars. I will need to purchase after market breathable ear cups to test it. The headband, again, if you lossen it up a bit and move it away from the crown of your head you will be able to wear them for a longer period of time.

You also can't turn the audio processing off, there are only two modes, transparency and noise cancelling. These are actually painful and uncomfortable to use; uncomfortable, poor audio quality, lacking features, and overpriced for what was delivered, in my opinion. Anyone who thinks these are good haven't tried other cheaper headsets which are actually higher quality! I only got these to use while I wait for my Anker Soundcore Space One's to be replaced by warranty claim. I will be returning these for a full refund as soon as I get those again. Now I understand why not very many people buy these. If they were actually good for the price, more people would buy them. They're purely for the looks and the shock and awe value of "Oh, you got beats, oh you're so cool!", but in the end, they suck as headphones, and that's not cool, in my opinion. I'll be looking at these from now on as a sign that someone was misguided enough to buy them, and I'll feel sorry for them that they spent so much and that they were suckered into buying something because of societal pressures and desire to fit in and be accepted by others. Being a beats headphone, I appreciate how easy they are to pairing to android and iOS however, being an Apple product disappointed it lacks features such as auto pause when you take it off or it’s inability to auto turn off when not being used. Overall the build quality I feel for its price is quite comfortable but not as premium as I want, as for features I do feel it lacks some essentials and it’s transparency/ANC could be improved just a bit. It’s most important aspect obviously being called studio headphones I would imagine they try to replicate the feel of working in the studio, I personally don’t work in a recording studio but it’s lack of clarity and depth in the lows makes me feel you might now want to produce music with these headphones.

When I was on the market for a suitable pair of headphones, I specifically sought out this feature due to typically having to study in loud settings where I can’t remain focused because of too much noise. I am happy to say these Beats did not disappoint under the noise cancellation category, many times I am not able to hear a single external sound when audio is playing through the headphones. Although, a disadvantage to this is the pressure that comes with the noise cancellation feature and as a person susceptible to migraines it often induces my headaches. Battery Life As someone who strongly dislikes the tedious task of charging devices, the Beats Studio Pro headphones have an impressive battery life which is such a pleasure. Their extensive battery performance, which is said to last up to 36 hours, make them more reliable and less of a hassle to take around. In my past experiences with wireless audio devices, I have found that their battery life decreases rapidly over a short period of time and I am left charging them more frequently. Although I have not had these headphones long enough to tell, I am currently able to go a full work week without having to charge them once, which is one of my favorite qualities. Appearance These headphones have an appealing sleek model with a modern design. They come in neutral colors of brown, beige, black, and dark blue, all fitting into the current trend. Their appearance makes them not only functional, but a stylish accessory to wear around, whether in use or not. One negative physicality of the Studio Pros is that fingerprints are easily visible and rather difficult to wipe off, leaving all marks prominent in bright lighting. While these headphones are very comfortable and sturdy, after long periods of wear I find myself needing to take them off for a moment either from pressure or ear irritation, which is still found in the majority of other types of headphones. Overall Opinion I find the Beats Studio Pros to deliver outstanding sound performance at a suitable price, compared to its competitors, with a fashionable appearance. Despite a few minor complaints, I am satisfied with my purchase and the high-quality of this product.

These headphones i put on for a few minutes and already they were compressing my ear area the top where you adjust the headphones is fine it feels fine on your head but once they go over your ear its like the most uncomfortable thing youll ever feel its like someone is grabbing your head with both their hands and smushing it as hard as they can. I have a pretty average size head so I definitely dont think it has anything to do with that either theyre just so uncomfortable and they cause so much pain even after a few minutes with them on. Next the transparency mode and noise cancellation, so the transparency is barely transparency ive used other headphones with the greatest transparency ever but these ones are not it, even with them on its baeely transparent it feels like any old headphones without transparency. The noise cancellation also for some reason causes a lot of pain for me on top of the tightness of these headphones the noise cancellation feels like it puts your ears in a vacuum chamber and theres just this constant pressure like the feeling that youre on an airplane and ur ears are about to pop but they dont thats what these feel like and ive had other headphones with noise cancellation and it doesnt feel that way at all. The cables feel all fine the case is okay its kind of hard to get them in and out though. They feel extremely cheap and clunky every movement u hear the creaking of the plastic it definitely doesnt seem like a 350 dollar pair of headphones even 200 wouldnt be an accurate price for these. If ur gonna listen to any review please keep mine in mind these are not even close to the best at all thwyre horrendous and im not entirely sure how they have such good ratings. The sound quality is also subpar.
Good Headphones. Last Beats studios i had were from 2013 so definitely an upgrade. They are comfortable, battery life is great, connects to bluetooth easy and sound quality is good and of course they look great.Sound does get a little muffled and scratchy at higher volumes with certain music genres. These are the best studios by far! The Studio Pros have improved by lightyears compared to its previous models, functions, build quality, and of course sound quality, rich bass and good clarity. At the end of the day it will depend on your preference of music that makes these headphones the best sounding or just another pair of headphones that haven't changed. Noise cancelation has improved majorly compared to Studio 3s, added transparency mode works very well, especially indoors when you still wanna hear stuff happening around you, spatial audio is also pretty good especially with Apple Music. If you use Studio 3s for the gym and thinking of upgrading to the Pros, I wouldn't recommend it, IF you need very loud music. Despite Pros sounding better than the 3s the Pros aren't as loud as the 3s, I'm a gym junky and I use my Studio 3s heavily, I love that they're loud and it pumps me up while I'm exercising, even if they don't sound as good to the Pros I look for loudness when it comes to headphones for the gym, if you don't care on how loud your music needs to be than these won't a problem. Other than that, is it worth the upgrading from Studio 3s to Pros? or if buying your first pair of beats? it depends what you use your headphones for. If for strictly gym purposes there are other options that are better, I wouldn't recommend these if my personal opinion, especially if you have the 3s. If you use these for casual listening and just doing normal activities these are a very good choice, if you can get the Pros at a discounted price they are definitely worth it.
