I think is one of the best purchases that I ever made.It is very soothing and gentle, specially when I have more pimples ( if you are a girl you know, if you are not you can guess). It does not irritated them and I see also my acne scars really improving since I’ve started using this serum.The only thing I think the company should reconsider is the amount quantity they suggest: 2-3 drops are not enough. This Glow serum is a product I saw recommended over and over again so of course I had to try it. With a formulation featuring 60% propolis extract and 2% niacinamide it’s mild enough for those who can’t handle high percentage niacinamide serums. I love the simple BoJ packaging that’s carried through all of its products. The serum is thick, golden, unscented and very gentle. The brand claims that due to its anti inflammatory benefits this serum can help prevent acne, control sebum production, refine pores and make skin look brighter and clearer. That’s a lot for one product but does it measure up? After applying, I feel plumped and soft, it’s like a warm hug for my face and gives the most gorgeous, glowy result without stickiness. I’m flying through this bottle and will no doubt finish it in record time. In terms of changes to my skin I don’t think I’ve seen any. No effect on breakouts or pores, just an instant but temporary glow. Had this been called ‘Comfort Serum’ it would be getting 5/5 but because I don’t think it has any long term benefit I will deduct one point.

PROS: - Free of artificial fragrances, parabens, sulfates, alcohol, silicone, mineral and essential oils, and artificial colors - Does not irritate skin - Not Sticky - Absorbs quickly - Hydrating and leaves skin feeling soft - Leaves my skin plump with a subtle glow - Helps keep stressed skin clear - Has helped reduce redness - Affordable CONS: - The dropper. It’s horrible. I have to insert and try to get the serum out at least 3 times before it will fill up.

I have used this serum all of a week, and I have already seen more results than I have from any product in all my past years working in various big box cosmetic retailers! It's amazing how much my skin has transformed so quickly.I have dehydrated dry/combo skin, very sensitive and very prone to breakouts/clogged pores. With western products it's always been a struggle to treat the acne without intensifying the dry/sensitive problem, or hydrate my skin adequately without clogging my pores and causing deep inflamed breakouts. Angry inflamed spots calmed and shrank, patches of tiny breakouts went away, the pores on my nose were clearer, and best of all my skin wasn't screaming for moisture! It actually looked glowy!After a week: most all small break outs are gone, super deep breakouts have finally come to the surface + healed like a dream in record time, and my acne scars are fading. If I had a single complaint, it's that it's hard to get anything done when I'm so transfixed by how glassy and dewy my face is! I'm not gonna know how to act with this new skin!Tldr: buy it. Buy 10. It pills??????

I'm so confused. It feels amazing on my skin, but when I apply other serums and creams on top of it, it pills and it's not pleasant at all. I'm on my second bottle of the green tea + panthenol serum from the same line and that's never happened to me with that one, so I'm very confused as to why this one pills so badly. I'll try using it on top of my Vitamin C serum instead of under it and see if that makes any difference, but I'm kinda bummed. It feels amazing on the skin, but I can't get past the wild pilling :/In the second pic I compared both textures and the propolis + niacinamide one is noticeably thicker while the green tea + panthenol is a lot runnier. They both feel soothing and nourishing, so I'm wondering what they did to this one's formulation to get ... MoreI'm so confused. Just Awesome!

Texture is tacky but easy to apply. Sit in front of a fan if you feel uncomfortable but you will get used to it after a while.Fine lines around my eyes and crows feet become less visible now. Pores tighten as well.Skin tone looks more balanced and even.Skin starting to have a glow and looks slightly more radiant.Tested on the skin of my lower leg where hyper pigmentation is present and the outcome is improvements for sure.Still a little early to tell the full effects but am using it day and night. Patience is needed so let's see after 01 month of use. Will suggest to switch out in between other products so that the skin will not get used to it thus affecting the full potential of this serum.Overall is all positive. K Beauty products are still the best.

Perfect niacinamide for sensitive, reactive skin!

This serum has a very low concentration of niacinamide, making it perfect for dry - combination skin but also perfect for balancing oil levels in oilier skin. It is fragrance free, and the applicator is great! After using consistently (4-5 times a week), my pores are noticeably smaller/less visible and the sight of whiteheads or blackheads has decreased.I have acne-prone combination skin that is very reactive and sensitive, meaning sometimes I can not tell if my skin is red because of a new product or because I am having an allergic reaction. I also recommend the Beauty of Joseon Serum Discovery Kit if you are unsure which serum you should get (the bottles are small but there is still a sufficient amount of product, the bottles are almost identical except they are 3x smaller, which makes them oerfect for travelling! personally I transfer this serum into its mini bottle when I am on holidays because of the liquids limit). Make sure to patch test the serums one at a time and not add too many products into your routine at once.

Wonderful Moisturizer for Dry/Sensitive and Acne Skin

I have a mix of skin challenges & it's hard to find products that moisturize my dry spots without aggravating them or causing acne flare ups in other areas - but this one is a complete hit! I can use 5-6 drops of the serum, cover my entire face, and have my skin feel wonderfully moisturized and dewy - great find in the winter. This serum looks thick at first but blends easily across the face. I use this in combination with the I'm From Rice Toner and a moisturizing spray that I have and my skin will feel and look well moisturized for 24 hrs without any touch-ups!I even use the serum on my hands or extremely dry eczema-like spots that I have and I can see improvement within 12 hours and it has helped heal them up within a couple days. nice +++ I like this serum a lot! I find that it's pretty good for my twenty something skin, while my partner in her thirties reaches for the glow deep more often. Use that how you will! I think the propolis helps to cut down on oil and sebum production. I used this early in my skincare journey. Now that I'm using a bunch of other products, it's definitely not the most important item. I skip it most days in preference for other things, but this serum is still effective and nice to have, to mix into my regimen. Great starter serum at an entry level price point! You can't beat the value, and the bottle lasts a long time. It is a little sticky upon application, but not too bad. It will dry right up after a couple minutes.
