First of all this is advertised (and also states in the manual) that this can be installed by either purchasing the bracket kit or just sitting it directly on a bench, however the gas hose comes out lower than the frame base which prevents it from being able to sit directly on a bench. I was unable to install how I wanted to and no have to sit it on bricks which is ugly and suboptimal. Beefeater support suggested buying and installing a right angle gas connector to fix the issue. This would be an extra cost. Also the manual states about 50 times, that changes to the gas connectors require a licensed gas fitter.
