Overall great bag, I bought it because of the handles and the pack-away straps which are great. Excellent colour, two different fabrics are used but it looks good. Construction quality is excellent. It is a bit smaller than I had hoped, fits my 13" laptop but not my 14" work laptop. Two interior water bottle pockets limits the space in the main compartment, one would be sufficient. Overall very happy with my purchase!

Sturdy and well-made. Perfect for laptop, notebooks, etc.
Just what I was wanting… 95% of all the aspects were as I wanted or even better. Only one thing that was the two outside side pocket's zip. Although the zips seem good quality the pocket folding over a tad means that it needs two hands to close a lot of the time. Otherwise really, really happy with this compact bag with lots of space pockets… well thought out!

Fits the macbook pro 14-inch 2023. The main zipper is not as smooth as expected, a little concerned that it would scratch my laptop, although there is a strap lining to avoid my concern but you still need to be a little careful. It feels squished in the main compartment but you can stuff more items than expected — I carry a tech pouch and a foldable grocery bag, you could easily add a shirt and a hand towel. There are 2 different materials/texture that makes the color uneven between the front and sides. I set the straps to the shortest length but always slide down an inch or so. Does not look bulky when stuffed. Nice looking bag!
Gifted to my GF, she really likes it, really compact hold Mac, and all the necessary daily carry items. But if you're a man the 14L version can be a little small for you, so go for the 20L one, or else 14L is best.
Excellent bag for holding computers, iPad and daily work stuff. Got this for my hubby, who absolutely loves it! Very well made, convenient access to the items inside, with a very cool design!
