this product was recommended highly to me. The label says GLUTEN FREE and sugar free. However Dextrin is a sugar. Further reading advised not for the gluten intolerant or coeliacs or nursing mothers. This is NOT stated anywhere on the product label

I have been using this fibre for over a month now and find it excellent. It mixes really well into smoothies, but is also great sprinkled on cereal. I have even put it into soup and it blends well. In addition to extra fruit and vegies, it works well.
Works well. Previously used another popular brand supplement but I like this better. Can be added to any drink with no taste. Asked my colorectal surgeon about it as I had been recommended to use the other brand. He said it was fine to take. I usually buy the larger size but at the time they did not have it in store. The larger size is much better value.
Easiest Fibre to take in a glass of water. No taste or glugginess. Perfect to ensure ongoing regular bowel habits following pelvic floor surgery. Great price for over 70 servings.
Benefiber is something I use every day and since the bulk jar is no longer available I look around for a bargain. This product is more than competitive in price and a good size to keep in the kitchen.
I am on a low carb diet and need extra fibre, this product provides this. 2 teaspoons of Benefiber in my morning coffee provides 3 grams of fibre. It's tasteless non thickening I take coffee black no sugar and I can't tell I have it in my drink. I wish we could get it in the UK, we use to. Much nicer than popping pills
I find Benefibre very convenient and easy to use. Fully soluble and with no detectable flavour, it can be stirred into almost anything, hot or cold, without changing either the taste or texture of what it has been added to. And it does the job, helping to keep me regular. In this size, good value for money as well. An essential part of my daily diet.
Workes brilliantly. Totally solluble so no gritty residue and no after-taste. Add it to your water bottle and you're good to go!
