Benefibre is so easy to use. It was recommended to me by my 89yr husband's DHB dietician. I am putting it on his porridge every morning. Out of interest I had to try it myself to convince myself it really has no taste. I put two teaspoons in my coffee, unbelievably my coffee tasted no different at all. I recommend to all.

Fantastic, no gluggy feeling and no taste at all. You can put a tsp in a cup of coffee and not notice any difference. Works well in the digestive system as well.

After reading the book “Fiber Fueled” it really sparked me to include more fibre in my diet, and this one of which way you could do so. This is far superior to the other well known Flavoured fibre supplement . No taste, dissolves in any fluid. Works wonders. Take twice a day.
First time I bought this product - works really well. My body doesn't digest rice or white pasta well but I need the carbs for my gym training. Started using this product - 2 teaspoons twice per day, and really works - no discomfort, healthy, natural product, definately recommend.
I need a fibre supplement but found most to be horrible to use. I had problems with taste, texture, difficulty mixing it with other foods. So bad that I didn't use and supplement. I was told of Benefiber by a friend and have used it regularly ever since. I am completely happy with it. Is is virtually tasteless, mixes well with other foods, dissolves easily. I always use the 730g Exclusive Size from Chemist Warehouse because it the most economical.
We find this product is odourless and tasteless and helpful in keeping us regular. We just add it to our breakfast cereal each morning in the recommended dose. Good value for such little effort.
The most versatile fibre I have tried and I have tried everything including psyllium itself. It's easy to use - take it with anything, on food, with anything other than a fizzy drink or simply with a glass of water. This size is also exceptional value. It has no taste, leaves no residue. My need is critical and this is the only fibre supplement that gives me the security I need.
this stuff is excellent. unlike psyllium, this fibre wont block you up if you dont have enough water or get the mix just right, which psyillium can do to me. its dissolves completely. you cant taste it and can put it into anything. water, tea, coffee, juice, on cereal, whatever. no taste and dissolves - cant see it taste it or feel it. and it works extremely well. best out there !
