Benefiber has helped clear up my acne...

Acne, in my 48 years of experience with this embarrasing condition, is a disease of the gut. Balancing the gut, with careful diet considerations, seems to be a huge part of clearing up my acne. I have been taking Benefiber now for six months, and my skin has cleared up drastically, and stayed that way. It's wonderful. It was the missing tool in my aresenal! Wow I wish I would have found this earlier. The single packets make life so easy. No bulky bottles when traveling and no mess when trying to dump powder into a small lid. You can add this to any drink there is no bad taste and no after taste. Easy way to get your daily fiber in and help keep you regular. I highly recommend.

Great for Anesthesia Recovery

I had surgery recently and read in multiple places that anesthesia can cause constipation so I bought this proactively. It definitely works well. TMI ALERT: the day before my surgery I hadn’t gone to the bathroom all day (most likely nerves) but I drank one for the first time that night and felt the effects immediately, really flushed me out lol. It didn’t cause diarrhea but definitely cleared things out. My surgery was early in the morning, I added one to my water late in the afternoon that same day and by evening I was passing gas (a good sign that things are moving along down there lol). I’ll definitely purchase in the future if I need to.

Great product vs. Lazy Greeter

I was well pleased with the product, pricing and selections. Upon exiting the store the greeter saw that my hands were full after having checked my own order out and bagging it myself. I smiled and tried to give her my buggy for someone else to use. She LOOKED UP FROM TEXTING ON HER PHONE WITH HER EXTREMELY LONG NAILS and said , ‘That goes over there’. I guess I need to go ahead and order my own Walmart badge and vest since I’m doing everything myself now. I struggled with my bags and gallon of milk and she finally said, ‘Oh, I’ll get it’ as if she was going the extra mile. Customer service? Naaah….Paycheck for standing and texting? I do believe so. 😡Seems insignificant perhaps but, it’s those little things that add up.

NEW Strawberry Lemonade, On The Go Stick Packs

I really miss the old flavored stick packs. I saw the new Strawberry Lemonade at CVS and bought a box (at a substantial price increase!) and the two I have tried are horrible. What did you do to this. I added sweetener to the second pack and it was still bad. I will have to go back to mixing other flavor packs with the plain fiber sticks.

Not that great of an expiration date!

I honestly purchased over a yeas worth of these Benefiber from another LARGE online site over a year ago. The expiration dates on them were 02/2026. Here it is more than a year later and I decide to buy them again from Target this time. I got my 4 boxes and they have an expiration date of 12/2025. Don't you think that's just a little ridiculous to have such poorly dated products??? I am so glad I didn't buy several more, as I had originally planned to do!

Truly has no flavor or weird texture!
