The Bentgo Kids Lunch Box is the best lunch box ever!!! My little one loves using it at school, parks, and traveling. It's the perfect size for him, very durable, easy to pack, and clean. It's so nice that there are so many compartments to separate his food. His favorite one is the circle compartment in the middle, where we put sauces or a special treat in there sometimes. Definitely recommend this lunch box. It is our go to gift for all his buddies. Thank you Bentgo for making such a great product!

8 years and counting my kids, nieces and nephews all use this box daily for school lunch ! They love it and I love the customer service we just received! One of our boxes failed where the latches connect- the bar/ridge that it latches to stripped away. It was within the 2 year warranty so I reached out to customer service. In one business day I had a reply and a resolution. I provided the necessary feedback and a new box is already on its way. Bentgo support was efficient, effective and pleasant to work with!! I will continue to support this business and really appreciate the positive customer support experience. Thank you Ann at Bentgo Support!

This is where it comes to choosing the right company. Our family chose right when we chose Bentgo. Our product started peeiling & the company came thru with a replacement. This is the service you look for in any brand. Sadly not many companies stand behind their service anymore. It almost as if they feel entitled to my purchase. Bentgo is awesome. We purchased this for my daughter as she started Kindergarten. This lunch container has been perfect for her! My daughter enjoys having a variety of foods to graze on for lunch. I knew she had what she needed and this is also a great sustainable option too! The various size compartments were perfect and I was always amazed that the sections did not leak into another. The other day we noticed there was a crack where the box latches. Customer service has been fantastic and has helped me through my problem and will be replacing the container! Very durable and I am amazed how well this lunch container has held up! I definitely will be buying more Bentgo products! One Happy Mama and my daughter loves her her bentgo box too!
I bought 3 Bento Kids Boxes over 2 years ago for my children (now ages 4, 8 and 10). They use them everyday. Their food stays fresh, does not leak, stays in its own compartment and the kids enjoy making their own lunches, too. We still use those cheaper boxes for the beach, etc, but turns having a lunchbox your kindergartener can open/close themselves is pretty important 😂🤷 Worked well, and we eventually passed it along to kid 2 when they entered daycare and got kid 1 a bentgo chill, which holds more/larger foodGreat box for your daycare-aged kiddo. Due to smaller compartments, I would recommend bentgo chill/similarly roomier box for grade school kids.I took rach dishwasher the inner tray, it's held up great. The silicone lids of both my bentgo boxes developed mildew that stained the gaskets. I have a few of these lunch boxes for my 2 young children. Not only do we use them for lunch but we take them while we travel as snack boxes on to go! We even take them out to eat and put the leftovers in to save on the plastic take away containers! They are just the right size for the portion sizes kids need. They also stand behind their products and how many companies do that now days? They are also aligned with community out reach. These are companies that I will continue to come back to. They think about the lifetime of their products and they are thinking about their contributions to community and the broader w.orld.I look forward to seeing if they move down the more sustainable materials route.Overall, great product and company.
I was on the fence of buying one of these. I had bought a couple similar style ones on Amazon and my daughter would come home saying items leaked into other compartments. I finally bought one for her and we LOVE it! No leaks! I can pack her a variety all in the same lunch box and all the food stays in the right spot. Carrots and ranch with ranch not all over, perfect! I ended up buying another for my daughter who started preschool. The other thing I love is each night you can throw them right into the dishwasher. Don't think twice, save yourself the time and money and purchase one!
I have used the bentgo kids lunchbox systems for my son for the last 3 years and they have never leaked unless he didn't close it correctly in his first year using them (he was 3 so he just wasn't always paying attention). I've had 2 issues with the silicone seals either showing wear or small spots of mildew and customer service replaced the system for me both times! My son is now turning 6 and these have lasted the whole kindergarten year with still no issues. I also aide at a local preschool and lots of kids have these for their lunch and we never have to help them get to their food- everyone else needs help opening packages or baggies! Makes the kids so self sufficient and saves us a lot of time. Thank you Bentgo!
When my child started preschool, I looked at many different kids lunchboxes from stainless steel to all in one kits. I landed on this one because out of all of them, this one gave us the most bang for our buck in addition to the ease of use for toddler hands. I bought a few more so that I didn’t have to constantly wash the same one each night. The only (minor) issue we have has so far is that the rubber outer ring developed a small hole. I emailed customer service & they responded immediately & offered to send me a replacement. The kind representatives & their ability to stand by their product will make me a customer for life. Word of advice, do not put the outer container in the dishwasher as it is recommended to hand wash.
