My Moka Express Pot arrived just in time for Christmas, only 1 week after ordering it. I have enjoyed making myself an espresso every morning, the coffee takes me back to the time my mother would spoil me with her own espresso every morning. I believe there is some defect with this specific line, since I have used two Bialetti espresso makers before with no issue. I have had one for more than 10 years, and really enjoyed it.This is the first time I picked the red Bialetti, and I had to return it after a single use and got a replacement. But the replacement also has the same issue.Issue: After making the first brew, when inspecting the inside part of the bottom compartment, the material drastically changes, It looks corroded, pitted, and it flakes. I don't feel safe drinking out of this pot. Returning it for the second time. I might have to go with a different line.
GREAT, easy to use Espresso maker. Seen it on TV, Bobby Flay's cooking show. He bragged on the type so decided to give it a try. Absolutely easy to use, makes great espresso. I like the Starbuck's Espresso Blend for taste. It is heavy duty especially on the bottom. Not thin walled like some I have seen. Why bother with the expensive machines when you can use the stove top and get really HOT espresso every time. No heater elements to burn out.
Love this 6 cup coffee maker - great for 2 people. It is well made with quality and durable materials. All hinges seems to be solid and not flimsy. We have a gastop and the stainless steel bottom is able to cope with it very well. We use it every day and the bottom half has not discoloured in any way. Highly recommend this product.
Brilliant. I had never used this type of machine before, I followed the instructions and it’s easy to use. The colour is great, it’s easy to clean and looks great in the kitchen. The coffee tastes great, I use it to make cappuccino, which just means whisking up some hot milk in a separate pan. Very satisfied, very pleased with this product.
The coffee pot is not explicitly marked with ‘Made in Italy’ or anywhere else which makes me suspicious of its origin. I’m not saying it’s inferior or a fake, however I suspect it may be made under licence from Bialetti somewhere other than Italy. Otherwise, the pot functions well and looks pretty cool.
Really pleased with it. Just moved to an induction hob from ceramic hob and works much better than previous coffee pot. Nice style and so far hasn't tarnished and in good condition after several uses. Previous one tarnished from heat of hob, so really pleased with this. Makes good coffee and heats up very quickly. Good value for money.
Such a great little brewer. Looks great and makes delicious coffee. Of course Whole Latte Love is my main stay. Great customer service, fast shipping and great clips on YouTube!
