Bic lighters come in all shapes, colors and sizes. The flex is my favorite. It gets into small areas and bends perfectly. My issue is it takes way too many strikes to get a flame and it doesn’t last very long. They’re way too expensive to replace so often. They aren’t the easiest things to push downward to light either. Love their products but it’s not cost effective compared to other lighters that do the same thing.

The Lighter… where do I start? I have been using lighters for 25+ yrs and I ONLY buy BIC. I always remove the child protection so it makes using much easier. I use my lighters for so much- lighting bbq, candles which I use daily, Im a smoker so I light my cigarette, my hubby lights cigars, we use it to smoke our 420 pipe, and to light paper to start burning our trash and so much more. There a few things I would say I ALWAYS have with me/on me at all times, my phone, a BIC, and lip balm. I use up a lighter about every 7-10 days depending on what Im doing. They fit comfortably in my hand. They are the ONLY lighter that fits into my Lighter Bro/Lighter Buddy case. It has a screwdriver, a knife and scissors on it. It doesn’t weigh my pocket down like a zippo lighter ... MoreThe Lighter… where do I start? I have been using lighters for 25+ yrs and I ONLY buy BIC. Oh and we don’t like the electric ones they make. The button isn’t comfortable to use once than once or twice, I like the flick of the Bic. In the picture of all the lighters- what I did was I asked everyone in the room to pull out their lighters and every single one was a Bic of some kind.

The Bic Multi-Purpose Lighter, Flex Wand Edition, impresses with its flexibility and ease of use. The extended wand provides convenient access to hard-to-reach places, making it versatile for various applications. With reliable ignition and a comfortable grip, it's a practical choice for everyday tasks. However, keep in mind that the fuel can deplete relatively quickly with frequent use. Overall, a handy tool for lighting candles, grills, and more.
The Bic Multi-purpose Lighter Flex Wand Edition is essential for its versatility and safety features. It's designed to quickly light candles, stoves, grills, and more, making it indispensable for various household tasks, outdoor activities, and camping trips. The extended wand enhances safety by keeping hands away from the flame, minimizing the risk of burns, especially in tight or awkward spaces. Known for its durability and reliability, Bic lighters ensure long-lasting performance, making them a dependable tool for everyday use.
The BIC Multi-Purpose Lighter is a reliable and versatile lighter. I use it to light up the drill and candles. It is known for its durability, wind-resistance, and ease of use. The lighter's adjustable flame and child-resistant mechanism add to its safety features. It can be a bit bulky, but overall, it's a great value for the price. A great choice for camping, grilling, or everyday use.
The BIC Multi-Purpose Lighter Flex Wand is super handy, especially for lighting hard-to-reach places like candles or grills. The flexible neck makes it easy to angle just right without burning yourself. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and the safety switch is a nice touch. The only con is that it’s not refillable, but it lasts a long time. Overall, a solid, reliable lighter for everyday use!
Bic lighters are always reliable. I have many different varieties for lighting birthday candles, scented candles, fireworks, the bbq, and for fixing frayed edges. The bendable one is my favorite for lighting my charcoal chimney. But it often hurts my fingers trying to get it to light; I actually have the same issue with all of their lighters that require you to hold down the button on one side and push the trigger on the other. But I haven’t found an alternative that would work better, so I’ll stick with the brand I can rely on.
The lighters from BIC are amazing and I like everything about them. They have child-resistant locks, and long metal wands for your finger's safety, and are easy to start, long-lasting, and durable. I have been using them for years and never had any problems. The lighters can be used in many ways, my husband uses them for starting the grill or to make a fire on the fire pit outside to make the smores. I use it for lighting candles. The BIC lighters are not refillable but like I said I have had them for years and they still going. I would highly recommend it.
Not sure if I'll take it back or give it away but all of the lighters I bought from ACE didnt have a "keyhole" grip opening for the finger...just a fish knife scoop out of the plastic near the trigger. This made it impossible for me to have enough hand stability and strength to pull the trigger. I could sometimes do it if I used a second hand to hold the pipe then I got one light out of every three. I'm a senior and a disabled veteran. I've used other lighters that have keyhole grips with no problem...or perhaps their triggers were an easier pull.
