These are great, the my toddlers take one every day with no problem and they can be really fussy at times. The taste is enough to covince them to take it, easy to chew and soft enough to crush if you need to mix it with food too if they wont eat it. Overall great product and contain the perfect amount of zinc kids need each day plus its one of the best forms of zinc our bodys can actually utilize, Ill be buying these in the future!

I have always experienced problems with cramping when I'm pushing things in the gym. But taking one or two of these and it's not a problem. It's a good dosage size, many of them are extreme and zinc becomes toxic in higher doses.

It's a good dosage size.I lift weights regularly and cycle my training to get the most out of my body naturally. I used to often get crampy when I was pushing myself but with a 3mg Zinc dosage I can take one or two as necessary.On a relatively light day 3mg's is enough, then on a big leg day and I can double the dose without it becoming excessive.Too much Zinc can make you feel lethargic or even ill.
These are child friendly which makes it easy to get them to have the supplementation
