I have been using Bio Zinc regularly. Because i only eat good foods it's hard to tell if it benefits me. But i do notice a difference when my food intake is not up to my standard . Would recommend this highly if your diet is not up to scratch.

Hence my muscles improved, my bladder holds without leaks, I sleep without undue interruption and my body veers up without creaks. No more need for pain killers for joint and muscle pains.

For me this product covers most of the areas that I look for in any product: value for money, healthy product and recyclable packaging. This product meets most of these areas except that the lid on the glass bottle is plastic.
I started taking these zinc tablets recently, and I feel like I've noticed a small difference in how many painful pimples and blemishes I've been getting which is awesome!The tablets are also a good small size and easy to swallow each day :)
After few years of research, I found out that zinc works with manganese so you need more. Zinc also lowers magnesium but B6 increase magnesium absorption. Zinc also works with vitamin A and hence it lowers it. Amazing how this tablet has all these combined. Genius.
After years of seeing doctors and consultants and trying many medications and creams for eczema this worked in days! We were amazed at how well they worked. We found out about this supplement after asking Blackmores for advice on eczema.
I'm recovering better from illness. I'm pretty sure the zinc is playing a part!
These are the best quality tablets for the best value, easy to swallow compared to a lot of others I've tried. A daily must for warding off infections and keeping up the immune system when dealing with stress. When I do come down with a cold (rare), up to 3x daily, along with Vit C, echinacea and garlic, for a few days, any symptoms will be light and gone within two days.
So pleased to be able to buy ZINC in this larger quantity. Wish could find K2 in large quantity.
