I've suffered agonising stomach pain for over two months and after having lots of investigations it was determined to be an acute flare up following food poisoning with nerve involvement. Out of desperation I tried these on a whim, as I read microbiome is linked to inflammation and so many conditions. Within two hours of taking the pain had significantly improved and within two resolved completely. Pain which opioids and prescription anti-inflammatories just took the edge off for an hour or two at most all this time. I cannot recommend this highly enough and have encouraged all my friends and family to take given the amazing benefits of a high quality probiotic. Thank you!

I have been taking these tablets prior to receiving my sample so was delighted to share my thoughts. I can 100% vouch for the positive effects of Biokult. I suffer from multiple food intolerances and generally a "sensitive" stomach to rich foods and often negative stomach effects when taking some other vitamins (such as iron). I often suffer with digestive problems and so I was keen to try these bio-kult Everday advanced formulation digestive system daily supplement capsules. Small and easy to swallow I took two capsules per day with food. With live gut-friendly bacteria these complement your existing gut flora. I have to say I really noticed a difference with my digestion after using these for a few weeks. My stomach definitely felt more settled and less bloated than usual and this in turn made me feel less sluggish and more energised. They come in a nice bright orange and white box with 2 sleeves of capsules containing over 10 million live healthy bacteria in each casual.The does states to take 1 or 2 tablets a day with food, these can be swolled or opened up and sprinkled in food or drink. I took the 2 capsules swolled with food option and I ha e done this now for just over 2 weeks. I have not had any side effects from taking them which is good.This is the strange bit! Do they work? I have been taking these now for almost a month and am definitely feeling the benefit. I have a condition called diverticular disease. Not as serious as it sounds but can be very painful when it flares up. As such my gut health is very important along with correct hydration and sufficient fibre intake. Since starting these the pains I suffer normally once or twice a month are absent. As I've only been taking these for almost a month I cannot comment as yet on their ongoing benefit but the signs are extremely promising. If this initial success continues I shall be using this for the rest of my life. I'm very happy so far.
I’m always looking for new ways to boost my health in any way I can. The thing I found difficult with these supplements is being at risk of the placebo effect. I understand what they and what they contain, but nowhere does it say on the packet or doing further research what the health benefits are, or even what I should expect from taking these.I looked very close for changes or improvements in my general well-being but i have to say that any change or improvement was so minimal I didn’t really notice. Maybe taking for longer periods of time I might see a difference but time will tell. Although I’m not tempted to purchase any more. Based on this I wouldn’t recommend to a anyone due to not being able to explain the benefits
