Excellent product which was recommended to me for mature skin. It’s very silky and hydrating. You only need a very small amount. I have just started using it, but so far I’m very I’m impressed. It leaves a lovely sheen on the skin that’s not oily. As yet I haven’t tried it under foundation.

My feet have a serious problem with dry skin. Not just in the wintertime either, but year round. It's not just my feet either though, but parts of my legs that get super dry and itchy and it seems like nothing ever helps. I massaged the oil into my skin and was left with very soft, smooth skin. Very moisturizing. A little goes a long way. Don't be over generous in applying or you'll have a greasy face. It may feel a bit greasy going on but it will absorb quickly. Don't think I'd like for a summer moisturizer but it is good for winter. The small size is more than enough to last several months. Not sure how the plastic lid will hold up to many openings and closings but the lid snaps closed very securely.

This product was easy to apply as it is a gel, not a runny liquid so a lot 'cleaner'. It initially feels quite oily however when moisturised in to the area it is absorbed much more quickly than the original bio oil and leaves no greasy residue. I feel it is a benefit that it is firstly oily when applied as it would allow you still to massage the area thus helping ... I was so excited to try out this bio oil because Ive read so many good reviews online. But somehow Ive never bought it so this was a great chance to try it out. I will say the first thing I noticed was the scent, which I do not like. It smells like those chest rubs that I use for my kids when theyre sick. I really dont want my face or body cream/gel to smell like a medicinal chest rub. It does make my skin softer and gives a sheen. But honestly, any kind of oil would give my skin that sheen and softness. And I honestly do not see any improvements of my stretch marks from having three kids. So all in all I was pretty disappointed in Bio Oil Dry Skin gel.
A lovely pot of softness. This absorbs well and leaves skin smooth with a delicate scent and glow. Great for improving skin texture. I can use this most of the time accept when my eczema flares as it stings a little on the patches. However, for all other times it is great. I like using this when I want to enhance my arms and legs when wearing short sleeves/skirts. Although it is moisturising and does leave a very thin film, this isn’t greasy it just feels velvety soft. Overall pretty good. I used the original when pregnant a few years ago and didn’t get one stretch mark. This has a similar effect on skin but soaks in much better. Expensive but decent.
I have been using bio oil for the last two years mainly on my leg where I have a large scar where I broke my leg and had surgery twice to repair but was finding it now a little oily if that makes sense! so I am now using Bio Oil dry skin gel which I love, I use this all over my body even my feet! no where near as oily as the Bio Oil itself which I still use on my scars, It makes my skin feel soft and supple and you only need a small amount, I will continue to use this I think its great.
