I have been using this product for about 5 yrs and it has helped to improve my iron level significantly without ANY side effects. I am now able to reduce my dosage to one every 2nd or 3rd day.

I ordered this after after having my son, notice very quickly that I had real energy again
I started taking these as advised by my practitioner, to boost and maintain my iron levels. At first they gave me extreme nausea! After consulting, it was suggested to have on a full stomach. This is the only way I can keep them down without any side effects. I do have GI issues. Since then no issues. Though I am still taking them for another 2 months then retest. So will see how they have worked after that.
I think they start working quite quick, I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon when I feel totally depleted of iron.
