I used to have issues with other iron tablets and found Ferro grad C as the only one that didn't cause constipation, but not only does this one not cause issues with this but it also just made me feel so much better overall. With more energy! Definitely the best option for me when I look at the results! I only purchase this one now.

I never leave reviews but this product was so good I felt I HAD to!I have endo & am anaemic.I get iron infusions yearly… maltofer and ferro grad c has never benefited me with getting my iron levels up.Been on this iron tablet for 2 months now. Went to get my bloods checked and my doctor was shocked and how high my iron levels were. She told me I had “too much” and I’ve never, for the past 15 years had too much iron.Can’t thank Jess and this product enough!!

Massive difference. No issues. I regrettably stopped taking it and the difference was MASSIVE. I started getting dizzy spells again. Went to a chemist and brought another brand (that’s recommended by Drs) that yes has helped but it has caused constipation which I NEVER experienced with JS health. So wanted to take the time to share that lovely TMI review in hopes it helps.

I have enough to live healthy, workout and walk 12 000 steps a day !Even taking a double dose 💊 which I tried !Tips : don’t have coffee ☕️ and hour either side of taking tablet !Product is non-heme iron too which is sourced responsibly 🎣 so I am not cheating!Plus the tablet comes with the B12 and vitamin C I need as well ! Easy on the stomach these easy to digest tablets have turned my life around. I was always feeling fatigued and when I did a little research I had all the symptoms of being anaemic. After a month of taking these daily, my energy levels have returned, i feel vibrant & new again. Only problem is getting your hands on them as they sell out far too quickly. Waiting on your next drop so I can stock up again.
I have suffered from low iron levels since I was a teenager - I’m now in my late 20s. I have tried so many other iron tables and it only resulted in me having an upset stomach. These are such good quality and don’t give me an upset stomach. I’ve also noticed a big spike in my energy levels which for me being a full time employee and a mum is essential. I take this every single day and signed up for a recurring payment which for me is huge! I would definitely recommend!
Iron Levels increased significantly from very low to normal range in just 30 days. I can't attribute the results to anything else as my diet did not change. Doctor was impressed. Only Iron Supplement i've taken that hasn't gave me stomach issues. 10/10.
Fantastic iron supplement, actually the best I have ever take. Sustained energy levels, mental focus and clarity, stable mood and appetite.No upset stomach or crapping.My blood test results indicated a boost in my iron levels. Tempted to double the dose to restore my iron reserve levels.Hair has become softer and breaks less.
Finally found an iron supplement that is gentle on my digestive system! I trust this brand enough to write a review after a week that the iron is good quality. My ferritin levels are low so will be keen to see the results when I get my repeat bloodwork done. At least I know I’ll keep taking this unlike other brands because it has no side effects.
After gastric sleeve surgery in 2019 and 2 babies since, I was having to resort to Iron infusion as over the counter tablet was making me PAINFULLY constipated even while using metamucil, while liquid form was doing absolutely nothing.Not only do I feel like it has improved my levels, there is ZERO sign of constipation. YES!! In another 2 months I'll have my iron checked and see if how I feel reflects in my results. Fingers crossed!!
