This was first recommended to me by my chiropractor over 8 years ago. At that time, I had a very stressful job and was suffering headaches and neck pain, which was also affecting my sleep. It helped immediately - slept well and helped relieve some of my aches. I took it every night for a few weeks. Since then I only take it when I'm super stressed or have muscle aches and pains. Have recommended it to many friends who have also found it helped them manage their stress, anxiety, muscle aches and pains. I always have this or the Forest Berries flavour in my cupboard!

The best thing I ever did for myself was purchase this powder on the advice of my pharmacist. Great taste and better still no more muscle cramps and fantastic uninterrupted sleep....bliss!

I suffer constant pain and I have very bad arthritis everywhere so I know that I need a quality supply of magnesium to get help ease my muscle and joint pain. I used to just use the regular Bioceutical magnesium powder but as I don't sleep well anyway I thought I'd try this product out and since I have I haven't looked back. It really does ease the stress and strain of the day away making it easier to calm and relax. I've recommended it to my adult children who unfortunately have developed arthritis early like I did and they've also found it efficacious.

My cramps in my calf muscles and feet had all gone and it also supported a good nights sleep. Since they have changed to the new formula my cramps have returned and my sleep quality has diminished. I have been a huge advocate of this product (recommending it to my mother in law - whose cramps have also returned since the change - and to all my friends and family) and sadly now I have to say it’s rubbish and will no longer be recommending or using it. I’m curious to know what they have changed? The new formula is terrible and no longer works. Before my sister-in-law put me on to Ultra Musceleze Night, I used to be scared to go to sleep because I knew that I was going to be woken up during the night with a horrible cramp in either one or both of my calf muscles but since I began taking it approx. 19 months ago, I can only remember getting cramp 3 times during the night and that was because I overstretched my muscles while sleeping. I love Ultra Musceleze Night and now make sure to buy several at a time so I'm not without it.
Product is great, however have not received 2nd container that was ordered and paid for. I have emailed HealthCo however have not received a response in more than 2 weeks. Not happy.
Fabulous. Have been taking this for 2 years. No cramps and sleep like a baby.
