This cream did wonders for my dry skin. I’ve tried a wide variety of products to soften and moisturize my dry skin over the years, and I think this cream may actually be the most effective I’ve found so far. I used a very small amount each day to cover my forehead, nose and most of my face, and never needed to go back for more. Just dab it on various areas you want to treat, then spend a minute or so gently rubbing it into your skin. The cream isn’t oily, and spreads easily without leaving residue behind on your hands or your skin. Barely thirty seconds after you’re finished, it’s impossible to tell you even applied it.The cream does have a bit of a scent to it, but not an unpleasant one. The smell is a bit on the perfumed side, but not so much that a man wouldn't be comfortable using it. Not long after applying it, I barely noticed the smell at all, and I’m sure nobody else could smell it either.The overall effect on my skin was huge. Any trace of dry or cracked skin is totally gone. Any areas that were red or looked patchy have been reduced significantly, and overall my skin feels much softer and much less irritated. I’m extremely happy with the effectiveness of this cream, as someone with dry skin as bad as my own is used to being disappointed by these types of creams.Other than being a very small jar, I think this is a great cream that is easy to use and produces great results.

Just overnight this cream worked wonders for my dry winter face! Everything in Bioderma's Hydrobio line is great and this is my favorite I think!! Its a thick cream so a little goes a long way and its SUPER HYDRATING. My dry spots and eczema were gone in like 5hours and it left my face soft and smooth ALL day the next day too. It doesnt leave your face greasy/oily or heavy feeling;; for such a thick cream, it actually feels super light on the skin and sinks in fast. A little tacky but only for a minute or less and BOOM baby skin! THIS IS MAGIC

My mother introduced me to this product as apparently it is French. The french have amazing skin and wanted to try it. If you're looking for an amazing moisturizer to combat dry skin without irritating it, this is for you. Just know that this does have a scent. Some scents do irritate some skin but this did not for me. I have been using this for about five days now and have noticed an incredible difference with my skin. It's not oily. It absorbs right into the skin. Some moisturizers that absorb too quickly into the skin are different because I feel as if i didn't get to enjoy it or see the difference. But with this moisturizer, it's not oily but your skin feels like it's drinking a big glass of water. Worth the buy!!

Good moisturizer

The cream in the container is slightly stiff but melts nicely in my hands. Good, solid choice for a medium-heavy moisturizer. There is a slight fragrance and for someone who prefers no fragrance I'm not too bothered. One star off for packaging, there's unnecessary excess plastic to make the container feel bigger to possibly subliminally feel like there's more product than there is - not necessary as the amount is upfront in the advertising.

Great for dehydrated skin

I use this on top of Niacinimide and Hylauronic acid serums. I have dehydrated skin and this is the BEST moisturiser i've used. Not too light, not too thick.A little goes along way. My skin is plump after using this.Absolutely love it!

Highly rated

I don’t rate many moisturisers, as i prefer serums. This cream has a comforting whipped texture, and the smallest amount more than suffices. I have very dry sensitive skin. I usually cleanse, tone, apply a hydrating water based serum, then and antioxidant and then a oil. Now i finish with thesis and i have found every single day my skin appears more and more repaired, rested and even. This is the step i have never been able to get right for my pm skincare and the little spatula with this is perfect for those of you, who like me, hate the idea of dipping into jar cream package if with fingers. Confidently can reckoned this to others with a similar skin type and this will easily last me 4-5 months.

Love This Cream

This cream is a lifesaver! I've been using it for about six months now and my skin has never felt so soft or looked so smooth. I have very sensitive, dehydrated skin that reacts badly to almost everything - dry skin creams usually either turn my face into an oil slick or don't penetrate at all and I'm left with itchy, flaky skin. This one absorbs quickly and completely and keeps my skin feeling soft and velvety all day long. It doesn't break me out, either, which is a nice bonus. Love it!

Trusted Brand & Excellent Product

I've used a few products by this brand and have found them to be excellent for my very sensitive skin. I have to be careful with toiletries and can soon react if my skin doesn't like an ingredient. Pleased to say this cream is working well for me. It is a very rich cream (as promised on the jar) so a little goes a long way. I've been using it both at night and during the day, it leaves my skin feeling moisturised and comfortable. I also love the packaging, it's light weight and simple so you don't feel like you've paid over the odds for a fancy jar. A very good price, I will certainly be buying this again.

Very decent cream - this didn't peel or ball up for me.

I bought this cream on sale because I liked Bioderma Hydrabio Micellar water. I've been a repeat customer to their Hydrabio Micellar water for years, probably have used up close to 10 big bottles. So even though I saw many reviews about this particular cream peeling or piling up or balling on skin, I still bought it due to my current face cream crisis. I was so nervous when I first tried it, expecting it to all up like others said, but it didn't ball it. It stayed on my skin well, throughout the night and throughout the day (i used it am + pm), no peeling or balling up. It definitely is a rather thick cream texture, but its not VERY heavy on me. It replaced my other cream and kept my skin slightly more hydrated. And it made my skin smoother, mainly because my skin was bumpy and breaking out due to dehydration. So ya, if your face is DEHYDRATED (not dry, not flaky, just dehydrated) then yes this probably will work for you too. Also, the way I apply it is to use a little bit and rub it between my palms before applying to my face. I think it would easily peel off if you just put the cream on your face and try to spread it directly as it will be rather thick by the time its evenly spreaded on your face, and i think that's more prone to peeling. The only reason that this is not receiving 5 star is that I still like this to be even MORE hydrating but too bad its not there :(

What have Bioderma done??

In my 50s, I discovered Hydrabio Riche, with nothing short of miraculous results on my thirsty skin - it plumped out every wrinkle and gave me the skin of someone much younger. It came in a pump dispenser that produced exactly the right amount. They have now changed it to a nasty little plastic pot (with spatula) and completely changed its consistency - it's become a thick, dry cream, with nothing of the fluidity or moisture of the old version. In short it no longer works! What are you playing at, Bioderma?! They have re-jigged the whole line, and in desperation I am having to buy some of their other versions to see if they work instead. If the old versions worked so well for everyone in the past, why have they changed it to this??
