Bioderma Sebium Global 30 ml

This is probably one of my favorite acne treatments. Just a tiny pea goes a long way, which means it takes a while before you need to buy another one. It does a very good job controlling sebum production and it also prevent new breakouts. I mainly use it during the summer, when my skin gets oilier than usual. The only reason why I gave it four out of five stars is because I feel like it doesn't do a very job when it comes to hormonal acne, which is the type I mostly have. I bought this product about a month ago and I slowly started incorporating it into my routine. At first, I did see a bit of a reaction to it and stop using it for a week. Then I started using it every other night and no reaction. I do see a little different in the texture on my face, however, it isn’t doing much just yet. My skin type: oily, acne-prone, textured.

It comes in a white tube with green soft plastic letters, so you can take advantage of the entire product by even cutting it if necessary, although I cut it when I finished it and there was nothing left on the walls. It follows the aesthetics that Bioderma uses in all its packaging, simple and in this case green because it is the line dedicated to oily / combination skin. The dispenser is with a small hole, it is small so as not to waste product and wide enough so that the product can come out without problems. I apply it only at night because it contains acids, although in a low concentration so if you use high SPF during the day there would be no problem using it during the day too, I already tell you in summer that I prefer to prevent. The smell is pleasant as a floral scent. At the time of applying it, notice a small stinging or tingling sensation, this is due to acids, but it disappears soon. It does not have to irritate the skin, since the acids are in small concentration. Personally, it helps me control imperfections, although I do not feel hydrated skin, it is a good product but it is more for oily skin.

I am over thirty and have been struggling for what feels like forever with my skin. I fall into the oily/dehydrated and constantly hormonal skin-type category. I suffer from all kinds of problems; blackheads, whiteheads, cystic acne and blocked pores. They flare up whenever they want and there is *usually* nothing out there that can keep any of them at bay. Last year my dermatologist prescribed me this cream.. and since then.. I have never rolled my eyes from this. Amazing results and from being unsecure about my sensitive skin to going out wearing only sun screen. This product has done the miracle.

Feels Nice!

I like this product overall. It gives a good even moisturizing feel and leaves my skin feeing fresh. There is no oily residue or and leaves no stickiness behind. This cream feels really light on my skin. If you are looking for a really deep moisturizer, I don't think this is the right product, but for a general every-day moisture, its a nice product. I like the smell of it as well!

This cream works great!

I got this for me to try on my skin but my husband has oily skin and tried it for himself too, and we love it! Keeps our faces feeling very soft and smooth! He uses it after shaving in the shower and says it makes his face feel better than the aftershave he used to use! I like how it has almost no smell at all and a little goes a long way. We highly recommend!
