I received Marcelle micellar cleansing water in a previous Birchbox monthly subscription and I I really have never used one but I had read and seen all the hype and what good I could do for your skin. Maybe it’s because I got it from an amazon seller so maybe it’s legit just water. Or watered way down. I’m getting a refund and sending it back. But since then the other one went on sale $5 off the original. Now it’s $13.00 on Amazon though. But I already know what the Marcelle is like so if it’s not right it will go back as well and I’ll go to Walmart or Ulta. To be honest, i could not grasp all the hype about the bioderma waters, including this green one. Of course, it not bad i mean. But it was just a regular cleansing water that I can find at local drugstores, like the Loreal one. nothing special. Just do what it claims. Removes dirt and makeup effectively. But still I have a habit of washing my face ina next step if cleansing. One bottle lasted me for more than four months as I use it every day in the morning and evening. So very economical packaging. Would repurchase if I cannot find better alternatives.

I really liked this product! I received it in a glossy box, and was unsure if It would be any different from other micellar water cleansers that I’ve used. But this one was pleasantly surprising. I used this with a reusable cotton round to wipe makeup off at the end the day. It got most of my makeup off without any scrubbing and was gentle on my eyes. This product doesn’t feel greasy in the slightest (a huge plus for me. Since my usual makeup remover is a ponds cream and is very greasy). It has a pleasant smell is is targeted to combination/oily skin. I have only used a little bit so far but will likely be buying another bottle once this one is finished.
