The thing I love most about Bioglan Active 1000 isnt the price or potency, but the 4 different types of magnesium. Mg oxide is not very bioavailable, and while this product does contain magnesium oxide, it also has a healthy amount of magnesium citrate, magnesium amino acid chelate and magnesium phosphate pentahydrate. I don't know of any other brands that contain 4 different sources of magnesium at such an affordable price. Bioglan never disappoint!

I find the tabsules to be excellent for cramping. They are however very large compared to previous. But I still love them.

Bioglan Active Magnesium does what it claims, body less sore after workouts, more energy since taking the product. Nice packaging.
This magnesium seems to be keeping me from suffering from headaches in this summer heat. It also has helped me to sleep soundly at night. I take it just before bed. I'm happy with the higher dosage so I only have to take one tablet instead of two.
Active magnesium 1000 is the name NOT 1000 mg as stated by Chemist Warehouse. Each tablet contains 334 mg of magnesium NOT 1000 mg. The fault is with Chemist Warehouse not the product or the container. Hopefully someone in Chemist Warehouse will correct their website
Great value for money. Tablets are on the large side so if you have trouble swallowing large pills I would avoid these. The tabs coating tends to crack and split after a while but didn't have any issue taking them anyway.
Im looking at the product now that i bought and thought id clarify the ingredient list which is incorrect on the website. Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate 242mg (50mg) Magnesium amino acid chelate 250mg (50mg) Magnesium citrate 161.3mg (25mg) Magnesium oxide heavy 346.7mg (209mg) Total elemental Magnesium 334mg per tablet
I have switched to Bioglan Active Magnesium from another brand because it contains an absorptive source of magnesium. For this price I've only ever found magnesium oxide, which is not well absorbed by the body. Always good value from Chemist Warehouse :)
It's a great product,I feel the benefit.When one reaches a certain age in life , bones begin to soften, and mussel cramps creep in. Bioglan fixes those problems. And that's so good for my golf.!!
