I have used this product for a while now, after buying one from USA. I find this to be an excellent product, and important for heart health. Would not be without it!
I bought these capsules following advice from an aquaintance. Having only been taking them for a couple of weeks it is difficult to notice results.
Having taken COQ10 for quite a few years, probably several decades actually, I can say that as I've aged I can feel their benefit even more; particularly when undertaking strenuous but enjoyable exercise. Whether it be in the gym, or the pool I have stamina and recovery advantages to thank COQ10 for. I take two 50mg capsules with breakfast and another at lunch.
I don't think I would purchase again. I didn't read the label properly before buying and therefore didn't notice the additional ingredients. I also don't like the unnatural red colour.
Good value, good quality, good ingredients, does what it says on the box.
I had a bit of trouble finding the higher strength capsules and had to buy twice the amount of 150mg capsules - too expensive. When I saw this item at a great price, I couldn't go past it!
I feel amazing since I've been taking CoQ10. Supports my immune and antioxidant function and gives me so much more energy. Love it!!
