We have been using melatonin with my oldest who has difficulty getting to sleep, and previously had been getting a script from the doctors for it. Thought I would give this a go to see if it was effective and happy to say that it is. Pleasant peppermint taste that even I don't mind and very easy to administer. Will purchase again
Great product. We originally brought this for my husband who was having trouble settling and sleeping whilst away from home. It has really helped him. I also use it when I wake in the middle of the night and it helps me to re settle and go back to sleep. Highly recommended.

I use this of a night if I have trouble sleeping ,sometimes I’ll wake up at 2 in the morning and by spraying this under my tongue,I find it easier to get back to sleep and no grogginess in the morning
I find this Melatonin spray to have literally no effect. I use Melatonin gummies or chewable tablets usually but couldn't get them so made an order with chemist warehouse to give this spray a try.Complete waste of money for me and would not recommend.
I used it for the first time because I can't stay awake during the day and can't concentrate on studies. I feel great the next morning after use. I slept quite well and woke up refreshed. Best thing I have spent my money on. I love it.
