Have been taking these for a while and it didn't work for me. Checked the ingredients and realised that it does not include black pepper. Turmeric needs to be taken with black pepper to assist with absorption.

Finding them great. Only been using for a week. Very strong smell and taste when put on your tongue. And quite a large tablet. But besides that fine. No weird after taste etc.
I take quite a few tablets in various shapes & sizes and have never had any issues swallowing them. These tablets however are chalky and when you swallow them they stick in your throat and on a couple of occasions have made me dry reach. I won’t purchase this particular item again. I’ll look for capsules instead.
Did a lot of research to understand the detail of Turmeric supplements and there are a lot of offers out there that don't cut the mustard. Not Bioglan, Ok it comes all the way from Australia and you have to wait a few days, in our case (99 to be precise) but well worth it, highest active content I could find, great value and effective for both my wife and me. Delighted :-)
I starting taking Bioglan Turmeric several months ago, it took a couple of weeks but I’ve had amazing results. My pain has been relieved, I no longer take anti inflammatory tablets. I highly recommend giving this a try.
I suffered from severe arthritic pain in all joints, especially my hands and cannot take anti-inflammatory medication because of gastric ulcers. After 3 weeks of taking 1 a day, the result is amazing, joint pain almost gone. It has drastically reduced the inflammation and given me much more movement without pain. I recommend it highly.
Modern science showing positive health benefits from supplementing with Turmeric.Extremely chakly and hard to swallow if you dont manage to gulp it on the first go.Why not have a smooth coating !?
This is the first time taking this brand of Turmeric and didn't read the label as the usual brand had pepperine. Pepperine just assists to digest and absorb the Turmeric much better in the intestinal tract. Only taking one tablet per day is easy instead of taking 3 tablets per day. Tablets are easy to swallow and no after taste.
It's only when I read the label that I realised that this product only contains 20mg curcumin when trials have been conducted on other tablets with 500-600 mg of curcuminoids. I would need to take 15- 25 tablets per day to receive the previous level of curcumin.
