If you want real peanut butter without additives and with peanuts grown organically, this is the best you can get. Those that know will realise that the naturally occurring oils should be stirred in since they are full of good fats. Those that also know will appreciate that the peanuts are organic. Peanuts are of course from the bean family and not nut family and the peanuts are also known as ground nuts which is why it is best to avoid non organic since these can harbour pesticides.

This is my favorite peanut butter. It doesn't contain anything nasty, its sweet but without sugar. I eat this by the spoon like a dessert. Seriously addictive!

I usually buy a different brand, but decided to try this Biona PB at an offer price as it ticks all the boxes that I insist on, 100% Nuts, no Sugar, no Salt, & no slimy Palm Oil, Organic & comes in a Glass Jar. ?It?s nice, it?s healthy, it mixes well, no difficulty in stirring in the oil, & it spreads easily & evenly. ?So, why only 4 stars? ?Sorry, but like some others, I find the taste is quite bland compared to the brands I eat regularly. ?Would I buy it again? ?Yes, on an offer, as we eat lots of PB, but it wouldn?t be my first choice! ?Also, I should like to know where the peanuts are from, I think that may explain the lack of flavour.

Great to be able to buy peanut butter in this larger package, so it lasts me for a long time with less plastic. But the oil separates out on the top and, with so much peanut butter, it can be quite hard to stir! It is a very dense peanut butter, so when oil only mixes into the top, the bottom of the package can become very dry. Good taste though!
I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered this. This is smooth with a tiny bit of texture. Not crunchy. Under roasted so bland, with a cloying oily flavour. I had to double check the ingredients, because it really didn't taste of peanuts, just oil. It doesn't however have added palm oil, so that's a positive. Don't buy, unless every other peanut butter is out of stock and you are desperate!
It is the perfect peanut butter for those who don't like the rich roast butter (much darker). The nuts are skillfully roasted to the degree when you know they've been roasted but just enough to notice it. As a result, the colour is barely beige. The consistency and the crunch are peRrrrfect. I saw bad reviews about the oil separation - perhaps people bought it when the weather was cold and found it difficult to stir it. I did not find it hard at all to mix it with just a spoon in July when the temperature is warm. The plastic is not ideal but if you wear optical or sunglasses you should not complain about it. The plastic bucket will be re-used in the house or a garden. A&C price is the best on the market btw as well. Thank you.
Not crunchy at all in my opinion. Literally a few ran down bits of peanut, without crunch in it. This peanut butter is also a runnier consistency and paler than I expected, maybe they take the skin off the peanuts. I stirred it well to distribute the oil snd it was still very gloopy. The taste is a bit bland compared to Meridian. I think I will make cookies or do something else with it, other than use as a spread/dip. As it fails to hit the spot. Fairly insipid and I should have heeded the reviews, but Biona things are usually great. Its either that or chop a whole load of roasted peanuts into it and see if they save it, which defeats the object of buying it, as I may as well make my own!
