BioTrue Multi-purpose Contact Lens Solution 300 ml

Ive probably bought every typebrand of eye drops available and these Biotrue drops are BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE BEST.I did take 1 star off for easy to dispense because the bottle is a bit funky in that it takes a bit more effort/pressure/squeeze to release the drops. I worried it would come squirting out in a stream so that took some getting used to. I've used the Biotrue for several years and I love it. I've worn contacts since I was 16 and I've always suffered from dry eyes. Especially with all the mascara and liner I wear. I recently switched to toric lenses and I'm struggling with how dry they are. They seem to suck right to your eye and don't move. Which with the astigmatism correction, they need to stay in place rather than float. But it's very drying. I needed new solution and saw this. Why not give it a try? It's very similar to the original. No irritation. Easy on my sensitive eyes. Cleans my lenses well and keeps them hydrated overnight. It also adds a bit more hydration during the day. Enough that I notice the difference. Making the switch to this for everyday.

I feel confident using this contact solution that my contacts will be clean and that it's not harming my eyes. It is pricier compared to others but in my opinion it's worth it. I've never had any eye issue or any irritation since using BioTrue. I'll even use BioTrue to flush out my eyes if I have an eyelash stuck in there. For those that have never read the bottle (I know it was a while before I did!) There are proper steps to follow for cleaning your contacts to remove most of the protein build up. Each contact should gently be "washed" (rub contact with solution in palm of hand) before sitting in the solution over night. The solution is clear and has no scent. These are literally the best eye drops I have ever used in my entire life!I have severe dry eyes to the point where I had to get little tubes put into each of my bottom eyelids to open up the tear ducts. Before that I was putting drops in my eyes like all day and used a hot pack in between patient’s. I couldn’t wear contacts because my eyes were just so dry.These are seriously soooooo worth the price! I received this free from PincHme for me to review for my honest opinion. I absolutely love the way BioTrue made my contacts feel after I soaked them overnight and put them back in the following morning. They were by far more moist then they have ever felt, they felt cleaner and appeared cleaner than they have ever been using other products, they went in so easily, & overall they just made my lenses feel completely refreshed and cleaner than anything I have ever used before. I have been a contact lens wearer for almost 15 years now, and I have tried every brand of solution you can think of through out the years, and nothing compares to Bausch Lomb's Bio True contact lens solution. Other brands have always left my contacts dirty/torn by the end of the day. But the most aggravating part about other contact solutions is that no matter how many times I add drops to each eye thru out the day as soon as my eyes start to feel dry and irritated, those solutions help. Explanation: I normally use another brand of contact lens solution. This product compared to my other brand, I prefer my other brand. I think my other brand does a better job than this product at helping my contacts stay moist and comfortable in my eyes. With this product, my lenses seemed to get cloudier and hazier quicker than with my usual brand. My mom also tried this with her 2-week lenses and didnt care for it. She had no complaints of cloudiness but did feel her contacts felt drier, and she needed to use rewetting eyedrops more frequently throughout the day. Bottom line: My mom and I won't be making the switch to this product, but, it's got an affordable price point, and so if you haven't found your ideal contact lens solution yet, and especially if you're into simpler and more natural products, this might be worth a try! I frequently have issues revolving around dry eyes and depending on the brand of contacts, I have major issues with my contacts getting foggy. I have tried several contact solutions and before BioTrue, my favorite solution was the peroxide solution because it would give my contacts a deep clean, however I didn’t like that you had to wait 6 hours before you put your contacts back in.
