As always with Nordstrom, easy returns and I couldn’t be happier with my new Birks. I absolutely love them!The black oiled suede color is really nice. Totally recommend these!

For about a week when you first get there, it's a good idea to wear socks because it is not always comfortable. There is a break-in period where the slides mold to the shape of your feet, but once it does it's tough to want to wear anything else. I've been wearing these all summer long and I love them. They are pretty durable, extremely comfortable and I wear them basically everywhere. If you're a person that loves to wear slides, this is well worth the purchase.

My first Birkenstock. Purchased the soft bed suede leather as my first ever order. Been walking around my house to get used to them. Because they are soft, I have no blisters or red marks on my feet. Very comfortable, aligning and correcting my feet, knees and back. This year I had 2 knee replacement and these shoes are truly comfortable and correcting my flat feet, providing stability. Also, very happy with the customer service provided. Fast shipping and exchanges are a breeze to process.

Regarding quality, they look well made but are still breaking in.They do run large, I went down a size and they were still too big, with a 1/2 inch in front of each toe. I returned for the next size down and all is good. The Birkenstock site has more specific instructions. Place heel against a wall, measure to your longest toe in millimeters. As their sandal sizes are measured in millimeters, as well as US Men, etc., it is a better method to determine your correct size.My foot was 258 so 260 works perfect. Though I had originally gone down a size, I ended up with a 265mm sandal.It’s also the case I have a wide foot. The ‘Regular’ footbed is just big enough for my foot. This is my first pair Birkenstock's and wanted to gice these a shot, given their popularity. I plan on only wearing these around the house, partly because I'm not sure these would be comfortable wearing these all day everywhere. The footbed is hard, with my foot having to conform to its shape.
Been wearing them for 2 weeks now and still very painful. Not sure the hype about that brand. On top of that, it starts ungluing on the side of the sandal, between the strap and the sole. Bought a size following recommendation from the brand but turns out, as the leather gets softer, they are becoming too large. So basically, I paid big price and now stuck with a defective and loo large sandals.

I wore Birkenstocks as a teenager, I am now in my 30s and haven’t worn them in probably 15 years. My mom is a big fan of the brand and kept telling me that I should try them again so I ordered a pair of Arizona’s. They took a Couple of weeks to break in, but are so so comfortable. I Have accumulated three pairs in the past month, I cannot stop buying them. The oiled leather colors are so unique! I will say that I think the sizing is a tiny bit inconsistent but not so much to where The fit is affected. All of mine are the same size, and they all fit a tiny bit different. Highly highly recommend this style. And as always, highly highly recommend Moosejaw. This company deserves 5 stars always!!
Purchased my first pair of Birkenstock from Nordstrom and I regret it. I ordered these online and finally upon delivery I was deeply disappointed when I saw the pair of sandals seemed used and were damaged. There was actually a sticker that clarified it was on display. Instead of finding brand new sandals that I purchased at full price, I got used with noticeable and deep scratches on the sandals. I’m surprised Nordstrom employees that package this for delivery didn’t catch this and let customers do the work of filing a complaint. In the app you can’t even select an option to exchange it. You have to call customer service, and the rep was not sympathetic at all to my issue. Nordstrom quality and service has really gone down.
