I truly believe I have a knee/feet problem because all other shoes KILLS ME! I work on my feet from 8-5, the only shoe I can wear is birkenstock, I have the Boston clogs in 3 colors (awesome that they were back in style lol) and like 3 pairs of Arizona sandals. But let’s be honest, sometimes you need tennis shoes, for a causal outfit, to run errands or just to rock the white sneakers fit. When I saw that they had this sneakers I freaked out! It is the most comfortable shoe out of the box! It’s not bulky at all and it looks amazing with every outfit. I can honestly say I’ve been wearing them none stop for the whole week and I’ll probably be stuck with them forever until summer is here and I wan wear my Arizona sandals lol. I love Birkenstocks

After wearing these sneakers for about ten times the left heel area starting making a loud crackling/ squeaking sound. It is coming from the inside of the heel area. The heels are also worn down unusually fast for any shoe much less Birkenstock. They are otherwise cute and very comfortable. What a shame that I can not wear a $155.00 shoes after a couple months of wear. I bought them at different store but want others to know about defective material.

Love the idea of Birkenstock sneakers, but these were a no-go for me. They fit fine and have the support you'd expect from the brand, but they were so heavy and clunky, I felt like I had two paddles on my feet. (Note that I wear a 38 in the Gizeh and Arizona, but had to get the 39 in these to have enough room at the toes.) Like the sandal styles, these Birks have zero flex in the sole. Unlike the sandal styles, your foot has nowhere to go when you take a step. Since your foot does actually flex when you walk, the extreme stiffness of this sole just doesn't work for a normal stride. I also found them incredibly hot, much hotter than my Ecco leather sneakers. Overall a great idea, but they need to make some serious tweaks to make these wearable.

Took these on vacation before I really wore them and was a bit worried about that but they were great. These shoes are really comfortable, tho they don't feel like they have a cork sole (I thought they did). I decided to order the 40 even though I normally wear 39 in Birk's Mayari and Arizona sandals. I did put them on the other day and there was a weird feeling in one of them but I don't see any issues with the sole and it only did it a couple times and then went away. I don't know what that feeling is but they are so comfortable and I don't see anything wrong with them so I don't care. I want another pair --please get more of the brown color!!
These shoes are incredibly comfortable. I suffer from Morton's Neuroma(the shooting pain you get into one or two of your toes) and it prevents me from wearing fashion-forward shoes that are on the cheaper side, or the expensive shoes that should be comfortable but aren't. So I stick to four brands that I know and trust to be consistent with their quality and comfort and Birkenstock hasn't let me down. I only own 3 pairs from them, but they never give my feet any issues. These shoes are great and a must-buy if you like white shoes. Be careful if wearing them with Jeans, as the color of the jeans will bleed onto the shoe.

Was in Dillards to buy some closed toe shoes for my River cruise in Europe. Had been having problems with my feet and knees after some long hikes. Saw these shoes and thought that I'd give them a go. Already had two pairs of Brooks' sneakers, but these were so much cuter! Thought that all Birkenstocks were ugly. Not these.Took a chance and wore them to the airport. These were so comfortable! Put on some of my other shoes, including the Brooks, and my feet said, "No!" We walked more than I ever thought we would. Ended up only wearing things that went with these wonderful, vacation saving, shoes!! Thank you, Birkenstock.
After reading reviews from multiple sites on this shoe I decided to size up. I get a size 7 (38) in the Arizona sandal. But I am a true 7.5, and often go up to an 8 in closed toe shoes. The 39 were far too big. However, I will be exchanging for the smaller size. I am so excited to get them because my initial reaction to this shoe is very positive! Seems high quality and super comfortable. Only 4 stars because Dillards did send me shoes that had dirty/stained laces. Hoping my exchange will be clean.
Love these! So comfortable, no breaking in needed, excellent support. I wore them all day the first day and have received compliments every time I’ve worn them. I ordered my regular size (36N) and have plenty of toe room even though it’s closed toe, no sizing up needed.I had originally tried the leather version of this shoe, but had to return because the leather didn’t have enough give across the widest part of my foot where a slight bunion has started to form. The canvas is perfect because it has plenty of give right out of the box. Just something to consider if you have foot issues.The tan is a nice neutral and I plan to buy the gray too because that’s how comfortable these really are.
I have been a loyal Birkenstock customer for 25+ years. During that time I have owned many pairs of Birkenstock sandals, shoes and boots. I purchased my last pair of sneakers in June of last year, and after only a few months of normal wear (these are not even my everyday shoes) the soles had worn to the point of having holes in them letting water in.For a $200 pair of shoes this is completely unacceptable. I contacted Birkenstock and they offered nothing in the way of warranty or repair suggestions and said that this was normal and that people wear out shoes at different rates. If this is normal wear (as they indicated) then these are the worst quality soles of any shoes I have ever purchased and I will not be purchasing Birkenstocks again.
