Absolutely the BEST Stick Vacuum

I have bought numerous stick vacuums over the years and paid a lot more than I did for this one. After watching the Bissell representative on TVSN I thought that this vacuum looked like it would be good so I thought I would give it a go. To my surprise it was absolutely everything and more that was advertised. It does a great job at picking up pet hair and I even find that if I turn the house lights off that the light's on the vacuum show up even more on the floor than you would normally see. It didn't take long to fill it up with my first use which proves that there was a lot more on my floor that other vacuums had missed. My daughter's now have one too and they also love it. Highly Recommend.

It's a WINNER

The absolute best vacuum I have ever purchased. I have a poodle who does not shed unlike me. Long blonde hair that always gets tangled and wrapped around the head of the best brands on the market. But not this one. The suction is awesome getting so deep into the carpet getting so much dirt out. The only thing I found was, it is a bit heavy in the hand. But can't recommend this on highly enough.

Full disclosure, I own a Dyson V6 and love it. I purchased the Bissell primarily because it has an On/Off switch rather than the Trigger switch and due to ongoing wrist issues, I’m finding it increasingly difficult to use my Dyson. The Bissell is heavier than my Dyson but this isn’t an issue whilst using it. The suction is truly unbelievable and the quantity of dust and dirt that came out of my carpet was insane. The Bissell seamlessly vacuumed from carpet to hard floors. When I emptied the tank the entire contents just dropped into the dustbin. Full honesty, this does not happen with my Dyson. It easily gets into small crevices, especially between the walls and the furniture and works a treat when vacuuming the car. I have wall mounted my Bissell and I found it a bit tricky to hang the vacuum after use but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. All in all a great product and I’m very happy I purchased it.

Total let down

Disappointing Bissell product. Love on/off feature but that’s it. Suction leaves clumps of pet hair. Have to go over & over and hand pick up. Picks up strands and clumps it up and leaves it behind. Dog hair caught in foot roller. I have long haired dog. So heavy to push even on lowest setting it left red marks and sore hand. Definite return which is huge cost (circa $50 plus free gift return cost). Have Bissell Crosswave & full size carpet washer - both fantastic. Expected same but far from it.

Waste of money

After reading the reviews I decided to buy, regretting my purchased I returned it in less than a week,as the suction was 0 didn’t vacuum up the smallest cat litter and barely touched the carpet let alone cat hair.I won’t be going on any reviews in the future as they are miss leading
