This is actually a good saw. Cut thru cypress pine with ease. I got good chain saw oil and out it in a empty squeeze bottle for kitchen soap. I was very impressed with this saw definitely better than the chair no brand saw

Cuts well, and simple to operate.Used to cut branches up to 75mm thick with no problem at full extension.The extension pieces can be a little fiddly to put together, but all in all this did the job.Would be good if the cutting portion was detachabl

Very impressed with this wee pole saw.I have only used it once and it delivered easy to use light in weightThe job i brought it for only meant i used it for about 20 minsso not sure how long a battery would last.keep the chain well oiled and don't expect it to cut small pittosporum branches it will jam up.after all it is a chain saw.Instruction's tell me cut up to 15cm i took my time and cut through a 30cm branch no problem.for what i paid it was twice the price of renting one and i now own it.Very happy with this purchase thank you.

Very good quality. Branches do get caught up under the chain cover though. But its easy enough to pull them out every now and then. Can't believe how long the battery lasts. I did my whole hedge on one battery and its a big hedge.
Always wary of getting cheap tools, and the trade off is battery time. In practice this saw Goes hard for 40 minutes and is entirely capable. Also has the same battery of my drill bought two years ago which will add another 35 minutes run time. For more battery life you must pay 3 times this, and is not worth it when this does such a good job.
I have been using the pole pruner for a month and it is very effective for cutting up to 20 cm branches. I also bought a 4AH battery to give extended time. So long as you realise the usage time is 30 minutes for the 2AH battery and just over an hour for the 4AH one you are fine. Charging take 5 hours plus. There is no automatic chain oil lubricator so applying with a brush regularly is necessary. Given the limitations I am pleased I bought this as I did not want a corded one or petrol motor.
I have had this polesaw for around 10 years now without any problems. I have cut many branches too big for this but it keeps doing the job. The battery has been replaced but not the chain. I will replace it with the same when the time comes.
Really happy with this saw kit. It is a bit heavier than I thought, for a shortie like me. But it’s great. I can see me using it all the time.
Surprisingly efficient and does the job REALLY well. Cuts thicker branches if you're patient and a job that would usually take several hours took me only 1.5 hours. Awesome value and not 5 5 stars because it would be perfect if:1 We could make the pole shorter to use it similar to a hand held chain saw2. When using the pole at full length, it gets really flimsy. I think the tool won't last very long if you use it with that set up often.
Brought this last week , it does the job it claims to when cutting , what it doesn't have is staying power or short recharge times .The battery takes up to 4 hours to fully charge and once charge lasts approximately 25 minutes of normal work before its expended . Suitable only for a very small garden . Would not recommend
