Was fine for a few months but now it won't switch off once the water has boiled. It continues to boil until there is water spirting everywhere. We now have to stand next to it until we hear the water boiling and then manually flick it off...very annoying.

Timers are a bit hard to work out initially but then works well. It boils quickly.

Love this jug, it has a flip lid so no getting burnt when refilling while still hot. The water level guide is on the side instead of under the handle, so its easy to see. You can choose the temperature you want the water to boil at and then keep it warm if you wish. It boils relatively quickly and quietly. So glad I bought this Black& Decker jug.
