Because of the extra wide profile, the mozzarella sticks were not crowded and airflow was able to reach all sides. Just been using a few weeks. Bought oven thermometer at the same time and I see that the oven has a hard time holding a 400° temperature, never gets to 450°. It also has a hotter side. It does get food cooked but definitely takes longer than regular oven or ovens with more wattage. Air fryer seems to work well, but it is unclear if you have to leave drip pan in when air frying, although it says air fry rack can be used in lower position which means you could not use drip pan. The problem with that though is that food pops some and drips onto the heating elements and it cooks on and can't be cleaned well. Haven't used toaster or broiler yet.

I bought this to replace a similar model from 2017 that developed a noisy fan. I like the shiny look of this one better than my old one. I wish the fan was used in bake mode to make it convection like my previous model. I have used the air fry for frozen French fries, chicken strips and tater tots and they came out great. (I cooked them for about 2.0 minutes. I like the fact it does not have a lot of electronic circuitry to go bad. My original one I bought for my mother, but it was too big for her location, so I decided to keep it. I had never owned a toaster oven. It has become one of my favorite kitchen appliances.

Be aware of this though, as it is DEEP compared to a lot of toaster ovens as a result, and you need enough counter space for it without anything touching or too close.The back and the side vent get HOT when baking, and the top gets HOT when broiling. This is normal, but not everybody is used to thinking about that with smaller toaster ovens that aren't generally running for as long. Just be smart and don't touch those parts, nor set papers on it or behind it, and all will be well.The knobs are cheap plastic but should hold up ok. The door mechanism is springy, both to stay closed and open. So, make sure you hang onto it both when you fully open it and fully close it, so it doesn't slam open or closed. The included racks and drip pan and bottom cleaning pan all fit well in ours and seem reasonably sturdy. The air fryer tray did warp a bit after it cooled the first time, but nothing major and it doesn't prevent it from being used.There is a catch on the left-hand side, designed to prevent trays from coming completely out once you slide them in. I'm sure this is considered a feature, but we hate it as we want to just pull out the air fryer rack and serve from there. I'll probably end up removing the clip, but until then, to remove or insert a tray (only in the very middle slot) you need to tip it down into the middle so it'll slide under the hook, then tip it to flat again and slide it the rest of the way.All in all, seems to work well and meets reasonable expectations, so I recommend it. I haven't tried to bake anything yet, but I have used the air fryer and broiler. I broiled some boneless porkchops for 15 minutes on each side. The outside was nice and brown while the inside stayed moist. It's best to spray Pam on the rack. There was a little info in the package regarding times for air frying certain foods, but I found it easier to use the time and temps like you would in a regular oven. I can't wait to do some more cooking using the Crisp 'N Bake. I could only find a few negative things about the product. 1: The top gets very hot, so avoid touching it or laying anything on top of it while using. 2: ... I really liked this air fry oven . It was a really nice toaster oven . When I took it out of the box I noticed that it is very light so it's easy to move on your counter and with the buttons and knobs you really don't need the instructions much because it's easy to use . We made some air fry chicken wings that turned out nice and some french fries. We really like to use this air fry toaster oven to make smaller pizzas in it cause it's big enough for that and the kids love the crunch that it leaves .It is really easy to clean this when your done using it too and everything slides out with ease . Their is also a basket we use for like onion rings and stuff like that if you don't want to use the other inserts . I would recommend this . My teens love using it too .
