The 200 tablet pack is great. I have to take 2 twice per day so the larger pack lasts longer.The only issue is tge expensive postage ehich cancels out any saving on the pack size.

I use this regularly . With a good eating i don't notice any benefits as i consume only fish and vegetables . But when i haven't had access to good eating out , i do notice the effect of the Magnesium supplement.

Have been using Blackmore bio magnesium tablets as I suffer badly from leg and foot cramps at night. Using the tablets on a daily basis has kept the cramps st bay. Allows me to get a good nights sleep.

I have been using Blackmores Bio Magnesium for many years. It works very well for me.
Swapped back over to this from the Blackmores combined magnesium and d3. I will monitor the leg cramps and hopefully it improves. The other one was ok, but I don’t think it’s as good in terms of concentration.

I just recently found out that Magnesium oxide is not the best product to use. I have changed to Magnesium Citrate and it works much better. Will not be using this product again.
Bought this on July. Just found out the main ingredient is magnesium oxide, which is the cheapest form of magnesium thus having very poor of absorption rate despite the dose being high. Have no choice to stop using it and get myself a pure magnesium citrate from another brand.
very disappointed in this product. the magnesium oxide is cheap for the manufacturer to provide but is a very inferior form of magnesium and poorly utilised by the body. lift your game blackmores.
