I have used this product in the past with good results. It works getting cholesterol levels to where they need to be. Taking Statins was not for me, far too many bad side affects. This product is the best choice for me.
Have taken this for about 6 months and my cholesterol has dropped a little. Will continue and monitor again in the future.
These capsules were recommended by my dietician but they are hard to swallow due to their large size and the capsule itself is tough and not chewable. The product is also relatively expensive.
My cholesterol is at 6.1 currently. I stopped the precribed 'statin' medication due to side effects. So am curious what effect this product will have on my current levels. Stay tuned.
Taking for cholesterol health. Haven't gotten blood test results to truly see if theres a difference but i have felt better after the 3rd week of taking them.
